Happy with AutoNation Cadillac
by JudySRX on 04/09/2021Dealership service department has very nice people working there, Brad our service contact was friendly and called when he said he would. It is my car that I am disappointed in, just had to replace a second hub bearing (which one of the… past service men said "this car is notorious for", first one went at 60,000 miles at $500.00, second one at 68,000 miles and they tried to say the price is $700.00 but were nice enough to give it to me for $500.00. I also had to replace a entire front headlight at $1,100.00 at 64,000 miles. My transmission had to be worked on which thank goodness it was under warranty. However, all this said, the people in the dealership are wonderful, just sad because I love my car but will never buy another Cadillac again.Hi, we're sorry to hear about this experience and will share your feedback with our team for internal review.

WAY to long.

Broken Promises
by Rolbul61 on 06/29/2020I have bought 5 Cadillac’s from this dealership. With this last car the service department has gotten worse. No MPVI’s done. Rep will say done but I catch it every time before I leave. Tire pressure, fluids, if these are being missed I’m… sure nothing else was done. A part for my car was ordered, it came in June 5th. I know because I called and talked to the parts department. I heard from no one. I was leaving messages, even the Service Manager, because I was suppose to get a few things done to my car. No one called me back. I talked to Beverly and she set me up for service so I could at least get the part installed. June 19th. I am just so disappointed with Autonation. family atmosphere and great service
by cristinaA on 01/09/2019My husband and I spent the last weeks of December 2018 looking for a cadillac escalade esv. We visited 3 dealerships hoping to find the car we were looking for. While doing a google search to compare pricing from several available cars, we… came across a particular vehicle that was available at this dealership. I called and spoke with Perry, and he explained to me all the details about the car. This was on the 31st of December, and while other places might have been in a hurry to close up early and take off for the holiday, Perry was beyond patient and listened carefully to our needs and took the time to explain everything to us. We agreed to meet after the holiday when the car would become available for test drive. I later received a call from Perry who explained that they had gotten another Escalade ESV into the lot that had much lower mileage and was overall newer and even had factory warranty since this one in particular was a certified pre-owned vehicle, unlike the vehicle i had first called about. I was so surprised at the fact that he took the time to remember us and really wanted us to take home the best vehicle at the best overall value. When we arrived at the dealership, I immediately knew that this was where I wanted to purchase our car from. The front desk was welcoming, and Perry came to find us right away to show us the car. He has so much knowledge to share, you can tell he has been doing this for a long time and really values all the extra's in the Cadillac line up. My husband owns his own business and sometimes proving income is a tough job because he does receive a majority of his payments in cash . So when it comes to finding finance options, its never an easy task for us. The finance department took on our case without a glitch and fought on our behalf to get us the best interest rate for our loan. Richard and Adam really went above and beyond for our family and did not give up until they got us the best possible deal. While this all took time, everyone in the dealership made me feel comfortable and taken care of. We were there with our 15 month old daughter who is very active and just wanted to explore the entire dealership. She walked into everyones offices and was greeted with smiles and laughter. This made the waiting time feel like it just flew by. When the deal was finally done, Perry and Richard stayed way past closing time to accommodate our schedule and to make sure they explained all the paperwork to us. They were both so happy and willing to be there, they really exceeded my expectations. We are so happy with our purchase, and really feel good about the fact that we have peace of mind with our warranty. All thanks to Perry, for keeping us in mind and meeting all of our needs!
