    Everything was good until the finance guy got involved. Once he got involved he was very arrogant, demeaning, and condescending. Basically told my wife and I we were liars, when discussing financing offered by a competition.

    Rt. 60 Hyundai gives good vehicles with excellent sales personal who go out of their way to make a transaction work out and take care of you and your car until you're ready for the next one. I've bought three already. Love the cars & love the people!!

    Fred at Route 60 Hyundai was a wonderful salesman. Did not pressure us, and certainly provided all the info we needed. Was not certain we would purchase a vehicle the day we went there, but the deal was right and we frove away in a brand new car. Route 60 Hyundai is the car dealer to visit first !!!!

    Scammed me on my warranty lied to me to buy the car and then did nothing to make it better. General manager had the nerve to say if i would be nice to him he might help me out, like spending 30000 with him wasnt nice enough .this place is a joke

    Stopped in on a Friday night to look at a Santa Fe and have wife test drive. Told the salesmen upfront we were looking but sales are sales, had no issue with JJ our salesmen. Liked the way the car drove and salesmen was helpful until the finance manager came over to offer pricing. They came back with off the wall pricing, reduced it and came to a fair price but it was night and I'm not buying a new vehicle I can't see. They wanted a deposit but we were not in a rush so we agreed to come back tomorrow at 3:00 pm (Saturday) to look it over and make the decision. We arrived at 2:00 pm, I think that shows we were serious. Guess what, now they have someone interested so lets raise the price and cut out added service packages. I guess they did not expect us to walk but I will not deal with bait and switch tactics. It was not bait and switch vehicles, just added packages and financing. It's a shame, we were ready to make the purchase but there are other dealers around. Maybe they did not like that I compared the car to the Kia Sorento which comes off the same assembly line from the same factory. Bottom line "BEWARE"!!! If they pull out a piece of paper with an offer, cross it off and give another price, cross it off with still another "you are being set up for pressure sales of take the deal now or you're out of luck".

    These guys are great! Stop in, see Mike, take a spin, sign some papers. It could not be easier. Also, their selection of new Hyundai's is amazing. I have also serviced my vehicle there a few times now, and havent had any problems with their service department. I went to a few dealers in the area this dealership is in, and they had by far the best service, best financing options, and they were not any more pushy than I would be if I were selling a car.

    Be sure and read closely your purchase agreement BEFORE you sign. Mine had numerous additions added I never asked for NOR agreed to buy. Had to argue with the sales manager to have those items deleted. In the end I demanded a NEW contract be written up without those unwanted items written on the contract. Sales Manager was rather slurry about me wanting it re-written, however I insisted!

    Initially let me say that we did buy the new Elantra and it is a remarkable car (far outshines the equivalent Honda in many ways) and I was given a Hyundai Sonata Limited as a loaner as my money came in-great service. My salesmen-Fred H was great. Re: the Financing Manager, frankly it's a don't ask don't tell situation. In general this is not bad because he is very thorough, but things may change (as was previously mentioned in a review) without one being asked, so one must be careful.

    We went to the dealership, and were immediately shuttled between 2 different sales people. After test driving two different cars, we sat down to talk and were passed around among 4 other people. Finally, we spoke to a person who said he was the manager. We reached a deal for a specific car and color. Then another person came up and said they couldn't do the deal we had just agreed to. The reason he gave was that the car we wanted was not on their lot, even though the "manager" knew there was no such car on their lot. They wanted to charge us an extra $1000 to bring the car from another dealer in Florida. We went to another dealer and bought the car we wanted for the original price we thought we had an agreement on at Route 60 Hyundai. We believe we were flim flammed by this dealer and the whole experience was extremely distasteful and unethical.

    I signed a deal to purchase a 2011 Hyunda Elantra GLS. Two weeks later when I was called to pick up my car, I was told by Jason, a sales associate that they could not possibly sell that car to me at the price quoted on the deal that was signed by me and John, the finance manager, and If I wanted the car, it would be another $1100. I quickly went to John's office and he was as surprised as I was over this. After he called Patrick, the General Manager, It was then explained to me that they had quoted the price based on another vehicle and if I wanted the car, it would be only $617 more. I do not have any confidence in a dealer who misquotes, and then refuses to stand by his employees. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience and I would look elsewhere at another dealer if I were contemplating a purchase of a Hyundai vehicle.
    • If I could give this dealership less than one star, I would post to every site known to man.

    uncooperative staff, poor experience, refuse to provide trade in value until after purchase
