    John was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process!!I called and he had everything started before we got there>He even bought our daughter dinner because we had plans this evening and was running close on time!!! He didn't have to do that but the extra mile he went was greatly appreciated! Every next step they were going he made sure to let us know what was happening! Great great guy!!!

    This is the finest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Priscilla was extraordinary! Christine was fantastic! Finance Guy (whose name I can't remember) was excellent. No BS. No games. These folks were so friendly, warm and sincere. They took care of us! They made us feel comfortable. Priscilla went over and above to make this deal happen. We did our dealing on the phone - and Priscilla and Christine did exactly as they said they would. Not only was the car ready and waiting for us - Priscilla took the time to walk us through all the technology. She personally walked around that car and detailed every square inch with a micro fiber cloth. I still can't believe it! Don't think twice about this dealership - just go there!

    Car Purchase with trade in We are extremely happy with the team at Brandon Honda. They took the time to ensure we got the best deal for our money. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and made the purchase go well. We also were impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership.

    We had already decided before arriving at Brandon Honda which car we wanted. We had visited another dealership closer to home the night before, where we had to lasso someone to take us on a test drive, even though we had called ahead. The difference upon arriving at Brandon Honda was immediately apparent. A courteous staff member came to welcome us as we got out of the car, and when we said we had an appointment with Ed S., he left to page him. Ed greeted us promptly in the showroom, was friendly and knowledgeable, and took a lot of time showing us different models - both new and used. He worked with us to get a price on the car we could live with, and didn't pressure us to buy a new car over a used model. We also heard positive feedback over the coffee machine about their service department from another customer, and we are looking forward to giving Brandon Honda continued opportunities to earn our business in the future.

    After going to numerous other Honda dealers in the Tampa area, and shopping around for the best price, Brandon Honda had them all beat. Plus, randy and Metin were able to get me financed in he car that I wanted ( that still amazes me, after a bankruptcy, divorce, and a few bad years... Nobody else could help me, and they did ). I did have a small issue after the sale, but after emailing John M from their website, he contacted me within 2 hours and MADE IT RIGHT! I can't say enough for his commitment to excellent customer service - he went above and beyond. After this experience, I can't imagine ever buying a new Honda anywhere else....

    Being in North Florida, I was not familiar with Brandon Honda’s great reputation in the Tampa area, so I originally thought Brandon Honda was just going to be another disappointing dealership. While I don’t admit it often, I was completely WRONG! My seamless transaction started after viewing several Accord sedans on their website inventory. Speaking with Sean W. and Wade M. over the phone, both were very upfront and honest about each and every little fee and part of the price, piece by piece – nothing was hidden or ‘forgot to mention that’. Sean made trips out to the vehicles while on the phone with me to double check interior colors and certain features I definitely wanted; I didn’t realize at the time that meant he was running up and down a flight of stairs. As it turned out, Brandon Honda didn’t have the exact color combination I wanted. But that didn’t stop them. Between Mr. John M. and Sam R., they located one of only a few available Accords in the color combination I wanted, and had it delivered to Brandon Honda for me. I already knew how many were out there because my local dealer searched for me, but I was so impressed with the courtesy that Mr. R. simply had it brought to Brandon. We agreed on a very competitive, no, a GREAT price. When I drove down to pick up my new Accord, I was basically greeted at the door by Sean and Sam, even though I was about two hours early. The Accord was already washed, waxed and sitting at the front waiting. The overall professionalism and polite staff was a pleasant welcome. Sean had me sitting down with paperwork in no time and then through the finance/title office quickly as well. I’m the type of person who ask a lot of questions, am overall skeptical, and I’m hard to satisfy – but everyone I’ve named here did a fantastic job. They were extremely knowledgeable, had very well thought-out answers to my questions, were never pushy or rigid about anything; very flexible all the way around. Brandon Honda: It was a pleasure doing business with your dealership. I enjoyed the phenomenal experience, and will recommend you to those here in north Florida and south Georgia. It was well worth the drive.

    My overall experience at the Brandon Honda dealership was welcoming and thorough. The sales person I dealt with, Larry L., was exceptional. I would recommend buying or leasing a new/used car from this dealership without reservation.

    Grant and Brian were great to work with. They made sure I was happy with the purchase I made. They took the time to show me everything about the car and show me how all the new "Bells and Whistles work" on the car. I did go to other dealerships and they didn't come close to the attention I received from them and their commitment to customer service.

    I bought a used car today, and worked with Sonny. It was truly a great experience - perhaps the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sonny and Vaughn were super nice. I received exceptional treatment (for a used non-Honda!) and I would absolutely buy another car here in the future. Thanks guys!

    I had recently purchased a Honda Accord from Brandon Honda and Hussan S. helped me in the car buying experience. I was very happy with the quality and price of my car and everyone that I came in contact with during this car buying experience. When my Dad came down to visit at Christmas he was also very impressed with my car. He was in an unfortunate accident recently that totaled his car. Fortunately, he was not injured. He immediately asked me to see if the people I worked with at Brandon Honda could get him a similar deal as I was able to get for my car. I contacted Hussan S. and he took fantastic care of my Dad. I can't say enough about what a positive car buying experience this was for my Dad and I. All of the staff we came in contact with were very professional and friendly.

    budget that would allow for a couple cars among their vast selection of new and used cars. Immediately, Demetrios M. made me feel welcome, was "real" with me about what I could get with the money I realistically wanted to spend, and ultimately made me feel that there was a car for me on the lot -- in addition to connecting with me personally as he and I shared the same passion for Detroit sports! Not only did he show me two great cars that were affordable for me, he guided me toward the Hyundai Sonata that was honestly, the best deal for me -- even though I came to the lot wanting something totally different because he helped me realize what was really important to look for in a used car. From this point, it was a whirlwind! Once I was ready to buy, Demetrios made me comfortable by meeting Ferris H., the Sales Manager, who made me even more assured that even though the price was higher than I could originally afford, he and his team would do what they could to close the deal for me. As the workday was already past ended, the whole team told me that tomorrow, we would make this happen and I'd get my car. Eric H., the Business Manager was not only friendly as the "money guy," but immediately connected with me and made me feel like I'd get this car....even if I had to wait until tomorrow. The next day, a true team effort of Demetrios, Ferris, Eric and Frank V. did everything they could beyond what I'd expect of them to make sure I got the best loan and deal possible for me, while Demetrios communicated with me every step of the way. After this 24 hours of a massive team effort and with an evening capped with a phenomenal deal closed by Demetrios and Eric at the 11th hour on my "new" Hyundai, I drove away this evening a happy man. I've already promised that when I can afford a brand-new car someday, I'll come here first as well as send all my friends. A truly comfortable buying experience and a car I have already showed off in my neighborhood!

    MUST READ - I know this is a long review, but trust me, it's worth reading it: Whenever I get mistreated or feel that service hasn’t been acceptable to fair standards, I take the time to write a review or complaint about that business or vendor. However, I must admit that I usually don’t do the same when I think that a service was satisfactory, as I feel that’s the way it should be as a standard. In the case of Brandon Honda, I feel compelled to sit down and take the time to write a review. We all have heard the stories about how painful and unpleasant an experience could be when buying a car. The stigma of car sales men trying to get you to buy the most expensive vehicle possible, over promising to get you excited about a new car, and at the end of the day there’s so much anxiety built up and forced down your throat that you don’t know exactly what you signed and have no comprehension of how big of a financial commitment you’ve taken. My credit history is not ideal, so I know that to purchase this car I’m going to need some help and advise. I searched for a particular car online and found 2 dealerships in the area that had it in stock. I called each one of them and explained what I wanted and my financial situation, but noticed that the sales staff was willing to say and promise anything in order to get me in the dealership. It was the last day of the month and I’m sure all they cared about was meeting their quota. (I must mention that these 2 dealerships are very big and known in the Tampa Bay area.) I continued searching and found that Brandon Honda had the car at a more than fair price and the model was a slightly better than the version I was looking for. I called the main number and spoke with a salesman by the name of Jim K., who was very knowledgeable, friendly, seemed sincere and straight forward, and did not sound desperate for a sale. I explained my financial limitations to him and he suggested that I come in and speak with Sharaz, their Finance Expert. Brandon Honda is about 1 hour drive from our home, not my particular preference when it comes to car shopping, but the difference I felt over the phone was enough for my wife and I to be willing to make the drive. We arrive and spoke with Jim who was extremely personable, not cheesy or ready to say whatever the customer wants to hear, and at no point pushed us to do anything. He was not eager to get me to drive the car as salesmen usually do to get the customer excited, but rather sat down with us and wanted to listen to what we were looking for and needed. Everybody at Brandon Honda is friendly in a sincere way, we did not get that “fake” feeling you usually experience when meeting a carsalesman, they are actually eager to help and get to know you. Jim introduced us to every person that came by as if we were friends. This, to us, was surprising. Very much so. Jim explained to Sharaz what our situation was so he could get to work and find out which options we had. In the meantime, Jim went to get the car we were interested in and parked it under a roof so we could inspect it without getting wet with the rain. He left us to it, no talking to keep you excited or distracted, no obnoxious comments about the car or “how great we’d look in it”, as it's usually the case in these situations, none of that. We took our time and went back inside to meet with the finance guy. Sharaz is a straight to the point, “no BS” kind of guy. He told us exactly what our options were and that most bank were willing to give us a loan with high interest, due to our financial situation and credit history. He asked us a few questions and I could tell he was trying to get a feel for who we were. He asked for a few more minutes and we went for a cup of tea in the lobby. That’s when John T., a Sales Manager, came to say “hi” and asked us some questions, gathering more information to work with Shiraz and come up with a deal that would fit our needs and budget. He was also extremely friendly and personable, knowledgeable and reassuring that they were working hard for us. In our past experience, with all the car purchases we made through the years and OTHER dealerships, buying a car meant sitting down with the finance person and start this back and forth dance of what my maximum payment could be, trying to get us to max out on everything, and we felt that instead of “helping”, they were “handing” our finances. We did not feel that once at Brandon Honda. It was exactly the opposite. A few minutes later, we were called back in and Sharaz presented an opportunity to us that was BEYOND what we were expecting, which was a little too hopeful to begin with. We could not believe how he was able to bring the interest rate down considerably to save us money, and hooked us up with a loan that we can afford and feel comfortable paying. We walked our of Brandon Honda happy, without that odd feeling of “did I make the right choice?”, or wondering if there was some fine print or hidden gimmick that we were missing and would come back to bite us in the butt later on. These guys made sure that we felt welcome, guided through the process and happy with our purchase. John T. even followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK. A couple of days after, John T. called me to let me know that there was a problem with the paperwork. It seemed that I had accidentally given them the wrong information on a technicality and the paperwork needed to be corrected and signed again. He even offered to DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO BRADENTON himself and bring the papers to us, so we didn’t have to spend our afternoon correcting our mistake. It wasn’t necessary, we happily drove to Brandon Honda and took care of it. These people are professionals. They under-promise and over-deliver. They take pride on their work and do everything possible to ensure that customers leave with a smile on their face. We will definitely buy our future cars at Brandon Honda and will recommend them to all our friends and family. The Francos

    The worst place to lease a car, was quoted for 15k lease and was pulled a fast one at signing! Got the old bait and switch, instead of getting 15k lease they gave me a lease contract for 12k. Funny how when you arrive to the dealership you are rolled out the red carpet, but once they get your hard earned cash you are all of a sudden a third class citizen. Also they suffer from amnesia and the finance guy "Bo" is extremely rude and unprofessional, just plain nasty. I wish I never walked in to Brandon Honda! Called them a few times and all they can say is "sorry you signed already".

    Demetrios was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were in the market for a crossover and after comparing all of the competitors the CRV was the best value in its class. Once we had decided on the CRV, Demetrios worked with us to make sure we settled on a price we felt comfortable with. Not only did we get a great deal on our new CRV (including several extras free of charge!), they also gave us fair money for our trade in. We never felt pressured or rushed through the buying process and can confidently say that they did everything possible to earn our business and make it a pleasant experience. We look forward to working with Demetrios and Brand Honda again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a Honda and excellent customer service!

    What a warm, welcoming and relaxed experience it was buying my auto from Brandon Honda. I felt as though I was consulting with a friend. Brian worked with me in discussing which vehicle would be a good fit for me. He listened, made suggestions and I never felt pressured or as if I were being ignored.     Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure to walk into Brandon Honda after a long day of leaving other local dealers unsatisfied. From the moment we stepped through the front door, it was thoroughly enjoyable experience. Daniel Simon and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. He brought us to the car that I'd seen advertised, and also suggested several other vehicles that met my stated criteria. Unlike my experience at other dealers, Daniel never tried to talk me into looking a car that we weren't interested in. After a fantastic test drive, we received a very attractive offer from the dealer. They put no pressure on us to do a deal immediately, and we were able to take the offer home to sleep on it. Two days later, we returned to buy and reached a mutually agreeable price with no stress. The car was cleaned and detailed in less than hour, and I was driving home no more than fifteen minutes after signing the dotted line! Two weeks in, everything is exactly as advertised—or better. I am thoroughly impressed with Brandon Honda's service, employees, and product. When I need to buy another vehicle, they will be first choice, and I would recommend them and Daniel to anyone who wants to actually enjoy buying a car.

    Very easy to work with. I bought two Hondas today. They gave me his best price first. I did not have to play the typical psychological warfare to get a good price. On top of that, they threw in a lot of accessories in their quote that the other dealer ships were charging for. In the end they were significantly lower than 3 other dearlerships including one dealership that my friend is a salesperson for! Brandon Honda's staff is friendly and they buzz around the dealership selling lots of cars all day long. The staff has fun offering good deals and neither they nor the customers are under pressure. Thank you Tony L., Jim K., and Bo-Davyd!

    I came in to buy or lease a new car after 12 years in my Honda Odyssey. Alexandy showed me several models with several options. He took his time and allowed me to find the right fit for me at this time. This is the 4th car my family has purchased at Brandon Honda and it was a very good experience for me. After almost a week with my new car, I am thrilled with the one I picked out. It was definitely the right fit for me and thanks to Alexandy and the rest of the staff that helped show me how to use some of the bells and whistles on it I am really enjoying my new Crosstour!

    I researched online for a new honda and found one that match me at a reasonable price. The experience from calling the Dealership to inquire about the vehicle was amazing. I first talk to Ron W. which was very courteous on answering all the question i had about the car, base on our first conversation i knew this wasn't your average dealer.I set up an appointment to test drive the car and upon arrival, i met with Jim K. which filled in for Ron. My whole experience with the purchase went very well, and the level of professionalism was unbelievable. I would highly recommend this dealership.The whole staff at Brandon Honda made me feel very welcome and at ease during the whole process. After my purchase, i had the chance to win a prize by spinning the wheel and the whole staff were there to cheer me on and i ended up winning a Samsung galaxy tablet, which made a perfect Christmas gift to myself.The whole car buying experience was amazing and this level of professionalism can't be find anywhere else. A Big Thank you to the whole staff of Brandon Honda....

    We have been looking for the past few months to get a good deal on a new CRV. We are trading our 2008 CRV in because it has been such a great car. I stopped by today to see how much I could get on a trade because that was the only thing we hadn't done yet, it was just by coincidence that I had the car because I had taken my wife to work. I was greeted at the door by Demetrios M., I told him that we had been talking with the Honda dealers in the Tampa area and we were interested to see what we could get as a trade in for our car. He was very polite, friendly and not at all pushy, he ask when we were looking to purchase and if he could give me the deal I wanted could we do the deal today, I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't intend to buy today but I said sure thinking he could not match the deal I was looking for. Well he had the car in stock we were looking for, it had come in 2 days earlier, we were looking for the Kona brown with a sun roof which is not an easy task. Mr M. came back with some figures and I told him what I want to pay and we came very close, within $29.00 of what I wanted. I signed the papers and drove the car of the lot to surprise my wife when I went back to pick her up from work. I have been buying cars for many years and this has without a doubt been the best experience I have ever had in doing so. Our finance manager was a great guy and the general manager was extremely nice when my wife pressed for him to throw in a few extras. I will recommend Mr M. and Brandon Honda to all our friends and neighbors, it was a great experience, one that everyone should go through. If you are looking for a friendly dealer that isn't pushy go to Brandon Honda and ask for Demetrios M., he is a model that other car salesman should follow, Thanks for the great deal and the sweet CRV guys you have a customer for life.     Our salesman was super....his name is Tony M. Very professional and not pushy. We never dreamed we would buy a Honda because we thought they would be out of our price range. Found that this dealership was very fair and the car is great. Totally love it. Very good buying experience. Totally recommend Tony and the folks at Brandon Honda.
