Routine maintenance 27 point check

There were no items identified so our Cadillac must be in good shape but it would be good to get some type of report on those 27 points so we know if there are… items to watch for or if we might anticipate a future replacement/repair. A simple green/yellow/red grade for the checked items would be very helpful information. We always appreciate the great service we receive at Fields Cadillac. ThanksFast Friendly Efficient

Great Service, no hassle

Within a few minutes, my car was taken into service and I was advised of the problem and cost. It was repaired quickly. Fields offers a terrific… experience why you wait. 5000 mile check up

I was told that the downshift in a stop is a part of the system to save gas, but to… bring it in, by all means, so they could gift by car a general will go over. The service rep, Dan, was thorough, patient, and accommodating. The dealership atmosphere was very comfortable, library like, and they served me breakfast. Most unexpected and pleasant. Kudos to the Kield's Dealership for their hospitality and friendly environment.I want to personally thank you for the 5-Star rating and look forward to seeing you again for your next visit to Fields Cadillac St. Augustine.
