I am a new customer and first time Cadillac owner. I am 70+ and I am enjoying my new car. I called in to request information on the timing of the car. I was told that the downshift in a stop is a part of the system to save gas, but to bring it in, by all means, so they could gift by car a general will go over. The service rep, Dan, was thorough, patient, and accommodating. The dealership atmosphere was very comfortable, library like, and they served me breakfast. Most unexpected and pleasant. Kudos to the Kield's Dealership for their hospitality and friendly environment.
