onDan was extremely professional as always. I called him 1 1/2 prior to service closing and advised Dan that my XTS touch screen was not working. He asked me to stop by and he would wait for me. He patiently waited until I drove from Jacksonville, greeted me with a smile. He called me back after my special part came in. He truly valued my time and concerns. Excellence at its best.
