    I am a new customer and first time Cadillac owner. I am 70+ and I am enjoying my new car. I called in to request information on the timing of the car. I was told that the downshift in a stop is a part of the system to save gas, but to bring it in, by all means, so they could gift by car a general will go over. The service rep, Dan, was thorough, patient, and accommodating. The dealership atmosphere was very comfortable, library like, and they served me breakfast. Most unexpected and pleasant. Kudos to the Kield's Dealership for their hospitality and friendly environment.

    Dan was extremely professional as always. I called him 1 1/2 prior to service closing and advised Dan that my XTS touch screen was not working. He asked me to stop by and he would wait for me. He patiently waited until I drove from Jacksonville, greeted me with a smile. He called me back after my special part came in. He truly valued my time and concerns. Excellence at its best.

  • Wonderful Experience with purchasing!

    We went to visit Ron Palmer at Fields Cadillac by the outlet mall to see what we could find, and although they didn't have something that matched our needs at this particular store, they were able to find us the perfect fit within the Fields used inventory! They had it delivered to the store and we were on our way the next day! The experience that we had at this store was incredible! Our sales person was John Cummins, and he took great care of us, plus whenever you buy from Fields, you become a part of the "Fields Family," and not just the car we just bought from them, but our other car as well! That means that we can stop by the "Pit Stop" any time for them to top off our fluids, re-fill the air in our tires with nitrogen, get a car wash, and grab breakfast or lunch while you wait - all complementary! This totally blew my mind, so in case you're in the market for a car, I wanted to share our experience!

    The service department is top notch. Every time I needed my vehicle repaired the service department had me explain the trouble to the person who was working on it So it was repaired without a hitch. Excellent dealership for sales and service.

    The best service experience of my life the quality of customer care at the Fields store was amazing new customer lounge with cooked to order breakfast and lunch....free, car washed and returned to me in perfect condition in a very short period of time. I recommend the Feilds experience to all.
