Good deals and great service

by Iskren Cisneros on 06/10/2020I just left this “dealer” it should be called **SCAM**PALACE** it will be more appropriated... Yesterday around 2pm i called asking for a 2020 Ram 1500 a sales person name JOEL CORDERO if thats a real person witch i don’t know at this… point. JOEL told me that the vehicle it was there also invited me to come for a test drive, to what i explained that I’m 60 miles away and i had to pick up my 6 years old kid so i offer them a full price deposit but he said they can’t take any deposits to hold a vehicle....weird! Today I got an email from him at 11:18Am sayin the truck still here so i ruched my self at work and before i stared driving to Punta Gorda i called several times(at least 8) but some how JOEL CORDERO was busy all the time and no one else could call me back with answers for few questions i had also about trading in my actual ram, Upon my arrival(3:05pm) obviously JOEL CORDERO wasn’t to be found anywhere,,,, Then this other sales person ask me if I’m the one that is looking for the 2020 rebel? Yes, thats me, Then he said it SOLD.... If you want to talk to a manager go see TEE he said! Then i realized that i have been baited so i went to see how good am i at guessing, meet with TEE (manager? at least what he said) FIRST thing TEE said it was: Come to my office I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! At this point I’m 100% convinced that they bait and switch, All he want to make right is to sell me another vehicle..... I honeslty wish i could give them minus 5 starts, a cheap low class sales team, more like a THIEF TEAM !!! - added 120 miles to my vehicle. - wasted half tank of gas - wasted 3 hours of my time but I’m letting everyone know what kind of business gettel is offering at Punta Gorda.AVOID GETTLE....ZERO STARS
by Dissatisfied on 06/09/2019Huge Memorial Day sale. 2019 Dodge Challenger. Advertisement said: Your price: $20,931 Confusing advertising, only good with special offers. Dealer has details. They want over $30,000 for the car, out the door. Full MSRP, no money off… unless you qualify for special offers. I drove the car on May 19th, talked numbers, and said I couldn't afford the car. Salesman had to huddle with his manager several times before he handed me off to the Director. She wasted well over an hour of my time. When I said I want to leave, she said I needed to see the manager first. They offered me only a thousand dollars for my car, $3,200 below kelley blue book fair condition trade value. My car is in good condition with only 67,000 miles. I said I can't afford the car. They finally gave my car keys back and let me leave. Total time at dealer. 1 hour and 45 minutes. They advertised a free $50 Visa gift card with test drive. They didn't validate the offer, although the salesman told me that they did. I called at least a dozen times to inquire about the gift card. I also sent numerous texts and a few emails. They did not respond. They avoided me. I enlisted the aid of the company that issues the cards. 17 days after my test drive these unscrupulous Gettel people validated my gift card offer. These people are shifty and unethical. Run, don't walk away from GettelBuyers remorse
by ex. on 09/06/2017Bought a new Limited Pacifica on 9-4. Brought it home and had a few problems. The third row seats did not work. A new 2017 fully loaded van. Tried to call the dealer the next day and never got a call back. Van is nice to drive and has every… option you would want but if they dont work who cares. My fault for buying a vehicle from a dealer out of my own town.bought a car

by Bob on 08/24/2017Was quoted 295 to change plugs and when they finally finished job which took 2 days they tried charging me 395. I was told I was first appointment so I dropped truck off the night before. They finally called me at 2:30 the next afternoon to… inform me they were just working on the plugs and offered me a loaner because it wouldn't be done on time. I also had them check for a rattle in exhaust, they said they couldn't fix because welder was broken. Not a good experience from start to finish and will not return2017 Jeep Cherokee
by 2017JeepCherokee on 04/21/2017Have had the car less than a month with only 530 miles and its in the shop now twice for check engine light and almost a week in service still awaiting if I can be repaired. Great start for my "first ever" vehicle purchase at Gettel Jeep… and Dodge in Punta Gorda FL They don't even provide loaner cars so I had to get one on them from enterprise which I then needed to purchase min insurance @ $25/day otherwise if something happened to the rental I would be fully liable under my main insurance. Wonder If i'll ever get my brand new car back at this point which I don't even want now because I feel like its going to be a Lemon or have ongoing problems. Even called GM main corporate office and they prob haven't even contacted the dealership.. This is the worst customer service from all ends from GM. It's now going to be my birthday in 2 days and I don't even have the car I paid all this money for. Thanks Gettel/GM for selling me a faulty vehicle. I now have a brand new car with a already new computer which didn't solve the problem, now they think its a wire harness, hope this fixes it at this point who knows.
