Dealership Service Review
Have had the car less than a month with only 530 miles and its in the shop now twice for check engine light and almost a week in service still awaiting if I can be repaired. Great start for my "first ever" vehicle purchase at Gettel Jeep and Dodge in Punta Gorda FL They don't even provide loaner cars so I had to get one on them from enterprise which I then needed to purchase min insurance @ $25/day otherwise if something happened to the rental I would be fully liable under my main insurance. Wonder If i'll ever get my brand new car back at this point which I don't even want now because I feel like its going to be a Lemon or have ongoing problems. Even called GM main corporate office and they prob haven't even contacted the dealership.. This is the worst customer service from all ends from GM. It's now going to be my birthday in 2 days and I don't even have the car I paid all this money for. Thanks Gettel/GM for selling me a faulty vehicle. I now have a brand new car with a already new computer which didn't solve the problem, now they think its a wire harness, hope this fixes it at this point who knows.
