First time there since takeover from Palm

Was quoted 295 to change plugs and when they finally finished job which took 2 days they tried charging me 395. I was told I was first appointment so I dropped truck off the night before. They finally called me at 2:30 the next afternoon to inform me they were just working on the plugs and offered me a loaner because it wouldn't be done on time. I also had them check for a rattle in exhaust, they said they couldn't fix because welder was broken. Not a good experience from start to finish and will not return
