    I was taken care of right from the beginning - spoke to Dennis over the phone even prior to getting to the dealership, Dennis and Colin are great people and provided me w the best service I’d ever received. Still very very happy about my… visit and purchase.

    Great experience. Spencer was salesperson and was very informative - but not pushy - which I really would have disliked. Phil the Sales Manager checked in regularly to make sure we were having a good experience and Sam our finance manager… was efficient and helpful getting us in and out.

    Anthony! He treated me like a VIP and delivered the gold-standard in customer service. My car was treated with care and excellent service. I loved the fact they my car was hand-washed after the service.

    Attention given promptly. Understood my car problem, a mechanic drove the car with me to hear the problem. Parts ordered under warranty. Later learned that the problem were the tires that the car had when I bought the there and they… replaced them at no cost to me. Excellent experience.

  • Good price, not so good of a transaction experience

    Robert Black (internet sales) was excellent about communicating online and very personable when I finally met him in person. I also felt like I got a very fair price on the vehicle I purchased through him. That said, the vehicle I… purchased badly needed an alignment, but this was difficult to tell as the test drive route does not allow for speeds above 35mph. So I did not discover this problem until I took it on the interstate to drive home to my city. Also, the headlights were slightly fogged over, which didn't show in the pictures online. For these 2 problems, I paid others to correct the issue... but really, when buying an Acura from an Acura dealer, it should be in a condition that doesn't require immediate service from others. Lastly, despite having agreed on price, terms (I had my own financing already) and providing all necessary documents 24 hours in advance, it still took about 1.5-2 hours to complete the transaction. As they had everything 24 hours in advance, the paperwork could have been prepared and ready to go... but instead we were treated to the usual hours-long wait, followed by 10 minutes of signatures and explanation. Still, overall it was a good deal, price-wise... and the internet sales person in particular was responsive from afar, and genuinely enjoyable in person. It's a good dealership to get a good price, especially when dealing online, but it seems to me they need to work to refine their customer experience a little more.

  • Best Vehicle Purchase I have ever had

    Brandon saved the day! He was honest personable and trustworthy. I almost didn't go look at the car because of miss information by someone else concerning the 2013 RDX.. Brandon came to the rescue and I can't say enough about his customer… service and our email communication. He promptly answered any question I had. No avoiding any concerns or issues both phone & email. - - He made me feel that he was in my court working for my benefit. If it wasn't for Brandon, I would never have looked at the vehicle or purchased.. Armando-Pre Owned Director, also projected the positive polite pleasant ethics. Vicente, Finance Director was efficient and detailed as I am very detailed and every one that I worked with; respected that and provided courtesy and respected my detailed orientation etc., as I did his. Anthony in the Service area, I have spoke with him twice now as a Key Fob was missing when car was delivered. He and Brandon share the same customer service/trustworthy and which encourages me want to drive to your dealer for future maintenance service. Which I am soon, as I am purchasing Fog Lights to be installed in addition, needing to purchase a new key fob since there was only one.. I Believe it's better to be safe than only having one Fob. Respectfully and appreciatively Great Experience Thank you! P.S. the Neighbor that drove me 22 miles to pick up the car stayed at dealership until Vicente-Finance Director - was ready for me; My Neighbor's comment to me later he was very impressed by Brandon and the people he saw that I was working with. This was the Best vehicle buying experience I have had and I am 67.
