Brandon saved the day! He was honest personable and trustworthy. I almost didn't go look at the car because of miss information by someone else concerning the 2013 RDX.. Brandon came to the rescue and I can't say enough about his customer service and our email communication. He promptly answered any question I had. No avoiding any concerns or issues both phone & email. - - He made me feel that he was in my court working for my benefit. If it wasn't for Brandon, I would never have looked at the vehicle or purchased.. Armando-Pre Owned Director, also projected the positive polite pleasant ethics. Vicente, Finance Director was efficient and detailed as I am very detailed and every one that I worked with; respected that and provided courtesy and respected my detailed orientation etc., as I did his. Anthony in the Service area, I have spoke with him twice now as a Key Fob was missing when car was delivered. He and Brandon share the same customer service/trustworthy and which encourages me want to drive to your dealer for future maintenance service. Which I am soon, as I am purchasing Fog Lights to be installed in addition, needing to purchase a new key fob since there was only one.. I Believe it's better to be safe than only having one Fob. Respectfully and appreciatively Great Experience Thank you! P.S. the Neighbor that drove me 22 miles to pick up the car stayed at dealership until Vicente-Finance Director - was ready for me; My Neighbor's comment to me later he was very impressed by Brandon and the people he saw that I was working with. This was the Best vehicle buying experience I have had and I am 67.
