Big inventory , salesman at dealer spent a good amount of time explaining everything. My two issues were that I made a big effort on phone via 2 calls and a text to confirm the desl and when I drove 100 miles to the dealership what I was told was not honored . By manager. Also I was told I could use a credit card for 5k and the when I met with the finance guy the amount changed to like 2300.

From the moment we walked into the dealership, Miguel greeted us at the door with a smile and welcomed us. He took the time to show us around the lot at various vehicles, and then we narrowed it down to two. He gave us very insightful information about, the features and the overall legroom, which was an important deciding factor. We chose a brand new Santa Fe which we love. The entire management team, finance department, and Miguel created a customer for life.

This dealership has the best staff. From Donovan as manager, Orlando and Jean in finance, Mauricio in sales to Tom in service they have cornered the market on customer service and satisfaction. They made us feel special and well cared for. They all went above and beyond in making this a painless transaction. These are people that any company would be proud to have. Anytime we need another vehicle we would be back again! Although there was a mishap with a different sales person we would encourage anyone who needs a vehicle to go to this dealership in Plantation. Run don’t walk!

I loved the the car. Salesteam was very professional and tried everything to get me in the car. On thebothe4 hand the Service side is not a 5 star . What good does it do me to make a appointment for express service and I still have to wait 2hrs. I know you can do better than that
