Buying a car…yuk!

by Brennan French on 12/27/2024During my recent visit, I encountered several issues with one of your sales representatives, Oscar. His approach, professionalism and communication left much to be desired. Key details, such as the mileage allowance in the lease contract… and the specifics of what the original deposit would cover, were not adequately explained. Additionally, the “commitment” letter contained many points, but only those that were circled were discussed. If management would like to take a look at that piece of paper to review.Everything else lacked clarity or was completely omitted. When I sought clarification in the finance room, Oscar displayed a dismissive attitude, remarking, “I knew you weren’t ready to buy a car today.” Such a comment was not only unprofessional but also inappropriate in a customer service/sales role. Furthermore, the conversation was often sidetracked by excessive details about his personal life, which were neither relevant nor welcomed during the transaction. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and rectified the situation. However, I strongly suggest that Oscar receive additional training on effective communication, professionalism, and customer engagement. A sales role requires a clear understanding of client needs, and this experience fell far short of expectations. We loved the car, and that is the sole reason we went through with the purchase—it had nothing to do with Oscar’s help as a sales representative. Merry ChristmasGO TO IRVIN HE IS AMAZING

Especially my sales person Jong Peak is extremely helpful and VERY respectful. He is been… calling me severel times after the purchase the cars to make sure that I happy with the service what he provided. GOOD JOB Mr. Jong !!!!!!! But one of my car came without cargo cover . I leased 2 the same model Hyundai Tucson 2025 SE and one car is missing . Please fix it ....Listened to our needs and made it happen!

He was kind, thoughtful, funny, and confident that he could find exactly what we were looking for, and he did find the perfect car for me. I had been driving a rental… Hyundai Tuscon after an accident, and loved the way it drove. So the Hyundai dealer was the first place we stopped at with purchasing or leasing in mind. We looked at different models with Nick and found our perfect car: the Santa Fe. He explained all the purchase vs. leasing options to us, and in the end we decided to lease, something we'd never done before.
