Rick Case Hyundai

I used to live in Miami , recently moved to Atlanta. I have been dealing with an excellent sales man named Chad, always gave me fair deals. Recently he moved to another dealership. So unfortunately, I had to deal with Ankur. I made sure all my paper work is in place, such as applications etc. I drove back to Miami from Atlanta to change my car, Ankur said everything is in place and you will have the same deal which previous salesman had given me . As soon as i walk-in to dealership I was caught by surprise that they re-collected my credit . Started to give me different deals which are basically costing me more. After an hour of negotiation i had to accept an offer. Surprises were not done yet… I go to finance manager to sign the deal and he tells me he is fighting with hyundai to get me a better deal because they have accepted me for higher monthly charges. He made me start signing documents to return my car and then he tells me oh i am sorry hyundai is not doing any better price for you and you are accepted for higher price. At this point I have no choice but to unhappily accept an offer with a 12 hr drive ahead of me.
