The best car-sales experience I've ever had.
by Kyle Laux on 07/13/2025This was hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had in 24 years. I was in the market for a 2025, GLE450E and stumbled upon Crown Eurocars (about an hour from my house). I walked in, on the way to work, and just asked a… quick question about inventory and a possible quote. I was greeted by a manager (Mike I believe) who was extremely genuine and very helpful. He introduced me to a sales representative, Melissa. She wasn't even supposed to be in the office at that time, but her attitude was incredible and she was more than willing to try and help me. For context, I had already crossed one dealership off of the list due to the absolutely overbearing, aggressive attitude of the first sales rep. This is going to be a "weekend car" essentially for me so this wasn't a dire purchase (which makes this transaction even better). When I met Melissa I told her what i was looking for, payment I needed to be at (I had prior knowledge and was prepared) and she asked great questions, and said give me a few minutes, "I'd love to earn your business". She came back, provided me a quote; but more importantly, she ensured the SUV met all of my needs. There was no "let me go check with my manager, blah, blah, blah". She knows her time is valuable, as is mine. We shook on the deal, and I ran to the hospital for work, and she had the car ready within 2 HOURS! I am in sales myself, and the way she handled this entire transaction, is the way I want to be treated and the way I attempt to work with my surgeons. I will be referring all of my friends to her, as she was knowledgeable, personable, not pushy, and was focused on me- not just her making a sale. I have never written a review for buying a car, but felt it was needed in this circumstance. Dealerships in the Tampa area, you should take notes from Melissa and her team on how to do business.Kyle, Thank your for this awesome, detailed review! Unexpected buyers
by Josh on 04/23/2025The salesman, Victor, was pretty awesome. He let us ask all the questions we wanted and never tried to push the sale whatsoever. We had another vehicle in mind but when we tried our GLE, we were pretty sold on it. If I were to give any… criticism, the first is super minor. The soda machine didn’t work. Also, the financier was nice but his opening to us kind of caught us off guard. Like a warning to buying a luxury vehicle was not for the feint of heart. Otherwise, he was pretty honest and explained everything well.Josh, We are grateful for you leaving Victor this stunning review! Best Car Shopping experience I have had or will ever have!
by Joseph C on 04/17/2025Like many others I hate going to a dealership to buy a new car (especially with a toddler and infant). I have to say that this has been and will be (unfortunately for me) the best car shopping experience I will ever have and it is all… thanks to Melisa Greenberg! When we arrived at the dealership Melissa had already anticipated our needs by having the vehicle we were looking at detailed and ready for us to test drive. We took a minute to look at the car before even entering the dealership and when we did go in we were immediately met by Melissa who was nothing but courteous and thoughtful and were offered restrooms and refreshments. The rest of the family were able to wait in the customer lounge while I was able to talk business. Side note, the dealership itself is extremely nice, clean, and well maintained. Everyone we talked to was kind and polite. While we weren't there for the fanciest car there (there are some ridiculously nice cars there), Melissa treated us like Rockstar's throughout the entire process, taking care of my families needs while getting us a great deal on our new vehicle and trade offer. She even offered her personal device when my wife had to take her phone back from my toddler. The entire process took about 3 hours which is the shortest time I've ever been at a dealership and I can't recommend Crown Eurocars enough for your car shopping needs. I also can't understate how much of a blessing it was to have Melisa Greenberg as our salesperson. Thank you Melisa Greenberg and everyone else at Crown Eurocars for making this the best car shopping experience ever and don't forget if your shopping to ask for Melisa Greenberg!Joseph, We are grateful for you leaving Melisa this exceptional review and recommendation!
