By far, the most terrible and chaotic car buying experience I have ever had! I came in on July 1st with my own financing only to be asked over 8 times to allow them to find me financing - quite harassing, in my opinion. Arrived at 7:30am and didn’t leave until 1:00pm. In this time, I had 3 different salesmen, all with different offers for the same pre-owned vehicle. Ultimately, salesmen #3 Uesli Agastra, provided me an offer, in which I signed, only to be asked by salesmen #2 John Martz “Do you not remember signing my offer?” - zero communication between the harassing salesmen. I asked to speak to their manager, whom did actually make a clear understanding of the confusion which was solely based on the MSRP, which was never told to me. It was my first time hearing that amount. Shocking! Unprofessional environment, outside of the complete disrespect by staff. Extremely exhausting 5 1/2 hours. I finally get into my “new” car to drive off and they said I need to have my insurance updated to show the vehicle I just purchased. I had 5 1/2 hours to update this but they wait until I’m getting INTO my car to advise of this. After all of this, I later drive the car to dinner only to have the check engine light come on. To make a long dreadful story short, I am without a loaner car and I have zero support from this dealership. Toyota claimed this is a recall from Hyunda and advised me to bring my “new” car there. I called Hyundai to schedule the appointment and they said that Toyota was incorrect - no recalls on my VIN. I called Toyota back and they changed their story and said it’s only under Hyundai warranty, and Toyota won’t fix it. So I’m here with a car that has a bad Catalytic Converter and no one at Toyota is harassing me to help me figure this issue out. My appointment is near the end of this month. They left me high and dry. Nine days later - they still have not sent the EMAIL containing my draft for financing and I have a car that literally drinks a full tank of gasoline faster than I can drink a 20oz bottle of water in the Florida heat and humidity. Never again!!!
