onNo, I did not forget this! Having been a customer of Toyota Autonation for 15+ years, I have always been extremely satisfied. This time, however, was a total disaster. After picking up repaired vehicle, my son put $69 worth of gas in car which ended up on the gas station pavement. The car then had to be towed back to you where it was found that an O ring had not been tightened. Consequently, my son lost a week’s worth of work. He had to take my RAV4 to Georgia so he could get back to work. Mercedes was repaired and returned to me on Monday. My son must make the trip back here this weekend to return RAV4 and pick up Mercedes. A real inconvenience to both of us.
