    The lost of my personal advisor take away from my previous experiences. I miss that touch. I didn’t appreciate that I had to sit in the car for 20 minutes after the time of my appointment for an advisor to see me.

    This dealership is a complete scam I went in to get a New 2018 WRX after negotiating I got a lease for a reasonable price took the car home that same day very happy. Then 12 days later to be exact I got a call saying there is an update on my car and I had to sign some paper work l. When I get there they told me the lease did not go thru and the bank declined my offer. So they told me I had to finance the car instead (this makes no sense) any ways I start the paperwork for finance and there goes my budget out the door. Now I'm stuck with a high monthly payment. Thanks for scamming me JAIME.

    Be Careful Before Purchasing a car here: My family recently purchased an out-of-state vehicle from this dealership. We read the reviews, and were pleased to see that it was a reputable dealership. Therefore we relied on the sales team to be upfront and honest about all of our questions and concerns on the vehicle. We were excited as it seemed as everything was going great, We have a recorded conversation where they promised the truck had new tires, would come with a full tank of gas, and had no major dents or scratches. However upon arrival the truck did have a major dent, 1/4 tank of gas, tires confirmed to be the original 2012 tires by our Toyota dealership (not new), and no antenna. We have had the truck for almost three weeks, and yet no resolution over this, on the contrary we have been getting the run around. I hope this gets resolved soon.

    Temporarily tacking their loan agreement, with the statement. I could replace it with my banks pre approval. Within the processing time, of several days. Revisiting I have been told by numerous staff they would and could not help me. Additional I accidentally left belonging in my trade-in that they would not retrieve

    Doug B. was exceptionally patient and knowledgable about the 2014 Subaru Forester and answered most of my questions via email before we even showed up. He showed us multiple trims and explained all the differences because we were very picky about what options we wanted and which ones we did not want. Doug was also very friendly and helped us set up the bluetooth feature in our Forester after the sale was final. He gladly would have spent more time with us setting up the features of the car, but we had to drive back to Key West! The dealership itself was easy to access from the highway, yet still had a great surrounding area for a test drive.

    Bought a used 2009 WRX from Subaru of Pembroke Pines, and put money down up front. After I closed on the loan, I called the dealer to check when I could pick it up, they said the car now needed a few parts replaced and would be ready next week. Next week arrives, I call the dealer, leave messages and then the dealer took 2 days to return my phone call. In the time since I closed the loan, the finance department was supposed to submit a title to the state; it took me calling the finance manager to even get the ball rolling on the title. I was planning on picking up the car this week, BUT now since the dealer didn't do their job, I can't pick up the car. DO NOT trust these people to do their JOB, they will go to lunch! Contacting my attorney immediately.

    After ten years with my Dodge Dakota and with the cost of fuel,it was time to move on. I needed a vehicle that would fit my active lifestyle and always liked the Subaru. The dealership is a few miles from my home and a recommendation from a friend who owns a new Imprezza recommended I talk to Doug Bogle. I called to setup a meet , Doug was very easy to talk to and was eager discuss my needs. I did my research before hand and decided that a Forester XT Premium was the model that suited me best. As The XT version does not enjoy the popularity of the NA 2.5 , there was only one on the lot to test drive , a XT touring with everything .A beautiful vehicle that was priced out of my comfort zone. Doug was very understanding and suggested a test drive in the 2.5 . Another very nice CUV we'll equipped . That test drive convinced me that I really wanted the XT turbo. Doug spent some time reviewing the Subaru pipeline and located a Graphite Gray XT Premium in Fort Walton Beach in the panhandle. Almost in another state. With the assistance of the Sales Director a dealer trade resulted in the vehicle delivered to the dealership within 3 days. I took delivery on 2/14/ 2014. The price I paid for the vehicle was actually better than the best price I was wiling to pay and this final price was achieved through normal discussion and accepted without any hassle .Doug was very professional as well as the entire Sales Team. I have purchased new vehicles in the past and I can honestly say that this purchase and experience at this dealership exceeded my expectations. Doug Bogle was pleasant to deal with and understands what "customer first" is all about

    I've bought quite a few new and used cars from dealers in my day, and frankly I dread it. My experience with Doug B. at Subaru of Pembroke Pines was so different, and so pleasant, that I want everyone to know about it. It went like this: 1. Requested quote on a new Outback through Edmunds 2. They responded via email within an hour with 2 cars that fit my criteria & their MSRP 3. I replied that Edmund's True Market Value was X, and I wanted a deal close to that. 4. They emailed me back with a firm quote very close to the TMV later that night. 5. I went to the dealership the next day, test drove the car, and showed them the car I wanted to trade in. 6. Within 15 minutes, they gave me a trade in value at the very top of the KBB range. 7. We did the paperwork, and we were out of there in an hour with a new car and a very good feeling. Even got 1.9% financing. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Everyone there was nice and professional, and they are serious about customer service!

    The salesman (Reggie K.) that did talk to me was very honest, it is a very important quality to me personally. He was extremely friendly and the final result was my new Subaru Forester 2014 in my home door. I'm very happy with it :). Claudio Cassina

    Bad business practices, false advertising. The sale you a car, a week goes by, they contact you and tell you that you have to put more money down, or else return the car. This is the first time this hat ever happening to me. I am disgusted with the whole experience!

    I was shopping on the internet for my vehicle. Ed P. was the only salesman that responded promptly, never called and made statements like you have to come in to sweeten the deal (which other dealerships did) and also when we arrived to purchase the vehicle all the paperwork was in order and the purchase went quickly and smoothly.
