Subaru of Pembroke Pines

Bought a used 2009 WRX from Subaru of Pembroke Pines, and put money down up front. After I closed on the loan, I called the dealer to check when I could pick it up, they said the car now needed a few parts replaced and would be ready next week. Next week arrives, I call the dealer, leave messages and then the dealer took 2 days to return my phone call. In the time since I closed the loan, the finance department was supposed to submit a title to the state; it took me calling the finance manager to even get the ball rolling on the title. I was planning on picking up the car this week, BUT now since the dealer didn't do their job, I can't pick up the car. DO NOT trust these people to do their JOB, they will go to lunch!
