    Every single time I have been to this dealer the service department is a hot mess. They never have a time when the car is finished. Why should an oil change take 10 hours when you have an appointment? This time my car went in for a recall. I would stay clear of this dealership.

    My experience was good, but the thing is that I have to spend in a rent to call for 3 days and I have to wait 3 days so they can check. What was the problem with a gymnastic taking up? Rent me a car and I found that like a lot of days. You know, and I'm kind of mad for that. I have to spend $300 in rental when when it was in the in my in my? In my garage, you know what I'm saying and that's why I'm kind of mad, but the job that they did to the truck, it was good and quick in 1 day and I said, like, why wouldn't I have to spend all these days for only that little problem you know, I know, they told me that the dealer was behind him. In in labor it was 3 days they got to Moscow. I don't know things. I think things you for everything.

  • Terrible Service

    Real pity to leave this review as the sales process in Autonation Pembroke Pines actually went smooth. However when taking recently purchased vehicle still under warranty for servicing to fix an issue, I received completely inaccurate and unhelpful estimated repair time by Michael Berzon. All questions regarding alternate means of transportation while repairs are performed were responded with a close ended negative response. When asked if providing loaner car answer was flat no, with no alternative options provided. After waisting time calling around, digging and inquiring in other departments I was informed they provided shuttle service and covered rental expenses but seems vehicle service employees are trained to tell customers to go fly a kite when asking how they will move around without a vehicle while they serviced it. When I sent my son to drop of the vehicle he was rudely asked upon arrival what do you want? I couldn’t imagine that in 2023 anyone would provide such service. And this was for a minor fix, I can’t imagine how they’d respond to a major car problem. First and last time I’m doing business with Autonation.

    Our service handler Mike was very professional and helpful. He explained our service plan and what was going to be covered from it. He also sent me a video from the mechanic who explained and showed me what additional services were needed and why. I felt confident that my vehicle was in the right hands, thank you!

    The only thing that I wasn't happy with was when I went to pay for my oil change they said it was over 100 dollars when I made the appointment through your website it said it was 59.99. when I questioned it the manager said they had the wrong price and he would only override it this time but next time i would have to pay what ever they charge.It is your own website I think you should fix it or that should be the price you charge people not double the price

    Love coming here to have my car service. I always select the same service attendant her name is Yudi. Always pleasant and personable. She listens attentively. Goes up and beyond To make your service trip a pleasant one. She also checks In with you.periodically to give you updates on your vehicle. . Will personally come and get you once your vehicle is ready. Come and walk you to your vehicle. Make sure you get in and that you are satisfied before you leave. Autonation needs more Service attendants like Her. Great service

    I’ve only own and bought Chevrolet vehicles. Having my car service there has me never wanting to purchase a Chevy again if the standards of customer care has been degraded greatly. My care was there a little over three weeks. I did not get a status until 4 days before it was ready to pickup. My service representative Deborah Gill kept telling my vehicle not going to be ready any time soon, because the same technician service multiple vehicles simultaneously. Instead of diagnosing one vehicle and moving on to the next. She then told me if parts were needed it would take some time because of a GM employee were on strike which wasn’t true. She also told me that that my extended warranty wasn’t going to cover the my repairs because I purchased it in another state she later changed her tune and started being even more condescending and stating she been doing the job for 20 something years and knows they are or aren’t going to cover repairs when it comes to repairs…again with out ever submitting the claim or having my vehicle diagnosed. My warranty covered everything, but the 3+ weeks of a rental vehicle. They only cover 5 days. My car is only 3 years old, but I’m currently looking to purchase another vehicle other than Chevrolet.
