    Keith took good care of me. The Chevy emblem came off the front of my new car. When the new one came in it didn’t fit. Had to have a new grill installed. Keith was there to get this done quickly.

  • 4 New Tires Installed and wheel alignment

    Very pleasant experience, Was able to get my 4 new tires installed on the same day I requested them. Big Help with getting them done. I went a little too long on the old tires. Metal was showing on the tread. Tom Gibbs might have saved my life. Old Tires were that bad. It took about 2 hours to get everything done. Friendly service, good quality products and great deals. I was very happy with my time there. The only negative thing i have to say is that they did not wash my tires after the installation. They looked old until I had to take my car to get it washed and I put on tire shine. Now they look new. Don't understand why they couldn't shine my new tires up. I spent $800 they should at least make it look like I spent $800, other than that it was a great experience.

  • Overall HORRENDOUS Service!!!

    I want to start by stating that we have purchased multiple vehicles from Tom Gibbs in the last few years, not to mention the 7yr/1 million mile extended warranty was purchased. However recently I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment received from the Palm Coast Tom Gibbs Dealership. Issues (just to name a few) •Truck was in a minor accident which required repair by Tom Gibbs Collision. The bed had to be removed and now the tailgate does not function properly, back up cam now glitches, fuel door will not remain closed. Tire flaps are loose and were not reattached properly. •The transmission has issues where it hits hard when coming to a stop or taking off (feels like being rear ended). The service department has shrugged this off and acted as if it’s no big deal. •There is an exhaust leak/rattle they failed to address. •Recently took vehicle in for an oil change (which is like pulling teeth to begin with, then a simple oil change takes hours). After leaving, 3 days later the washer fluid light appeared. Obviously it was not checked. The oil change sticker was also not replaced. When calling in, the service manager was not available so a message was left with the receptionist. A call was later received, but nothing was done to correct this issue. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with customer service and repair service received. Will also be filing a complaint with the BBB if the situation is not rectified.

  • Fuel Leak

    My service manager, Mike Naylor does a commendable job. He calls with updates and follows up, he is the guy I want watching over my car when it comes to service. Ken Hyatt for me is the other half of this winning team. I had a fuel leak and my garage smelled strongly from the gas fumes. My online research told me that this was a difficult repair to do. When I brought my car in and showed Mike the leak I was surprised at how seriously he reacted to what he saw. It was obviously a fairly good fuel leak and not far from the exhaust pipe. He did not want me to drive the car away and insisted on taking it in immediately. You have no idea how impressed I was. Mike was the very definition of a service manager being proactive. It has been several weeks now since the repairs were made and there is no more any detectable smell of gas. My service team did a fabulous job. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did. Mike and Ken are the reason I will continue to bring my car back to them for my service needs.
