    Came in for service on a recall notice. Was able to get a ride home, so I didn't have to spend my day there. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

    I came in for my first oil change , it was pretty quick and simple. Everybody was nice and friendly. The only issue I had was the lady I mad a appointment with did not help me at all. I stood outside waiting for at least 20 min for her to come and take the keys and whatever but she didn't. Someone else finally came and helped me. I didn't get his name but he was very helpful. After everything was finished then the lady I originally made the appointment with came and asked me to give her a good review ... Even though she did not help me at all. Everyone else was great and the service was also.

    My experience at Greenway Ford has always been excellent. Terry is the Tech that is very helpful and I can always depend on him to get everything done that I request. I think he is a valuable employee who goes the extra mile always. Kudos

    I was extremely satisfied with all the service. We had a few bumps in the road, regarding financing but you fixed that problem. Service was excellent. Can't do maintenance service as we live over 400 miles away. I"m still working on the CD problem. Further investigation, I find there have been others with same problem, missing CD player, which appears to be a problem with FORD, not your dealership.

    The technician who greeted me and provided the information on the service was Excellent. She was very personable. She provided professional feedback on my mustang and on my other vehicle so that when I took it to the dealer, I would be somewhat aware of the potential feedback on the service.

    This dealership returned my vehicle to me after 24 days and $1500.00, in worse shape than I drove it in. I took it in because my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer needed a PCM. They repeatedly said it was a bad wire, then a PCM, (which I knew and gave them a copy of the diagnostic) They rekeyed my vehicle and couldn't explain why. When I left this dealership my vehicle was not safe to drive. It now starts in drive and reverse. My service advisor apologize for his word not being good and blamed it on Chuck the drivability technician. No integrity!

  • worst dealer in Central Florida

    Worst dealer in Orlando, this is my third Ford and I made the mistake to buy it from greenway, I can not believe that Ford lets dealers like greenway sell their cars and use their brand to steal from consumers. lets start by saying that took them seven hours to sell me the car. two days later the car started making grunt/creak/chirp/squeak noise from the front lower control arm when the car goes over bumps, or leaves from a dead stop. Called the dealer to see if they could help. no one ever answer the phone or called me back, Did my own research just to find out there was a TSB on this model and year. Took it back to the dealer because they never picked up my calls. Just to find the most disgusting attitude from the sales rep that sold me the car, blaming me because of the car i picked and trying to sell me warranties instead of helping me resolve the issue. The manager didnt even talked to me, just asked the sales rep to get the keys right in front of me without making any eye contact. Took the car for a ride came back and the sales rep told me that there was an issue with the car but because the car was so "old" (2012 mustang gt with 23k miles). the dealer was not responsible, i write this so that no one else has to go trough the pain that is to deal with GREENWAY FORD. in Orlando Fl. Oh and on top of that the trade in was never paid off and my credit almost gets ruined because they send the check after the monthly payment was due.

    everyone was great throughout from the salesman to financing.They really went above to help us. Wilber was Excellent in all areas. he took a lot of time with us helped us for 5 straight days Dimitre was good too.The finance officer went way above to work out the deal the way we wanted .Overall the experience Service and the personal was excellent and we will be back again to buy sooner than we anticipated .Thank you everyone at Greenway Ford..

    Andrew and Troy in sales and Chris in finance are fantastic. I purchased a vehicle approximately 6 months ago from this team and unfortunately 2 weekends ago someone hit me and it was totaled. Andrew, Chris, and Troy worked diligently to get me into a new vehicle. I cannot say thank you enough for their dedication and hard work.

    We purchased a 2015 ford fiesta and a 2016 ford fusion, both cars are great. The service was very good, Dimitri was very helpful and through as he walked us through the whole purchase procedure, we would definitely recommend him to any friends interested in purchasing a new car.
