onThis dealership returned my vehicle to me after 24 days and $1500.00, in worse shape than I drove it in. I took it in because my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer needed a PCM. They repeatedly said it was a bad wire, then a PCM, (which I knew and gave them a copy of the diagnostic) They rekeyed my vehicle and couldn't explain why. When I left this dealership my vehicle was not safe to drive. It now starts in drive and reverse. My service advisor apologize for his word not being good and blamed it on Chuck the drivability technician. No integrity!
