Most dealerships were reluctant to give pricing or info until you were full into the buying process. We visited Greenway and… met Andrew as soon as we walked in. He was immediately helpful and knowledgeable of both the product and pricing. We appreciated his upfront & easy approach. There was no “salesman pitch”. It felt like we were buying a Jeep from a friend or neighbor. While Greenway didn’t have the color of Jeep that I was looking for...working with Andrew made it worth finalizing our decision. He has outstanding communication and follow up and He made the process extremely easy and we just can’t thank him enough. If we were in the market to buy again...without hesitation we’d go to Greenway and ask for Andrew.Nice experience

by scooby01 on 01/18/2017I bought a used 2016 Dodge charger scat pack love the car. 1. My credit is excellent they came back with an interest rate of 5.5 i said heck no. Multiple trips back and forth finally get 2.9 they even tried to fool me by extending the… loan term to lower payment . This tells me they were shopping my loan for profit. 2. It has taken me about a full month to even find out who financed my car they wont answer or return calls. 3 . here it is 32 days later I still havent received my registration snd I called orange county they have never received anything from the dealer. Again I call multiple time no call back or answer.Tremendous Experience

by Sabomnim on 06/08/2015I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Summit from Greenway Jeep on 5/16/15. I traveled to Orlando from Jacksonville due to the much larger selection of Overland's and Summit's at the Greenway dealership. Long story short, I ended up… trading my 2011 JGC for a new Jeep. Usual trade and dealer stuff and haggling - this is not a cheap Jeep. We had financing pre-approved with a draft from a Credit Union. Went through finance office - no big deal. I asked that the new Jeep be detailed before we took it home. After the signing of the papers - about 1 1/2 or so after 'making the deal' we were still waiting on the new Jeep. Finally arrived - it looked like a Junior High group had washed it at a fund raiser. The salesman took it back to have it re-washed. Came back and I noticed a 'nick' in the paint on the fender that was not previously there. He checked with 'management' and they said they could mail me some touch up paint. Great. Drove back to Jacksonville. The next Thursday our credit union left a message that the vehcile was title incorrectly - wrong lien holder and they could not get anyone at the dealership to call them back. I called the dealership and asked to speak to finance - was put through to a generic voice message. Left detailed urgent message as credit union said they would have to pull funding if not corrected the next day. Friday - no one called back - credit union said they had heard from no one. I gave the credit union my salesmans name and said maybe he could help. I called and asked to speak with a manager - was put through to a salesman - adivsed the issue - he said I had to go through my salesman - managers did not call back? What? I demanded a manager call - never heard back. Credit union rep called back a couple of hours later - finally resolved issue - it was an error on Greenway's part. The next week I noticed a couple of issues with my new Jeep - called/texted salesman - he would run them by the new car manager. This has been going on for two weeks and still no resolution. I have never had a manager call me. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone - they obviously don't care about you after the sale and 'management' can't be bothered evidently.Great experience

The internet guy started with the regular bs with this much down to little for trade etc. the "closer" guy was actually nice with no pressure cut out all the bs… and gave me the bottom line price. by darriny on 11/16/2010Went over to the Greenway dealership to look at a new Dodge journey for my family. From the moment I walked in the showroom I was treated with great hospitality. Ben Carson was my sales rep and I have to say in all my years of shopping at… dealership his approach and customer service was the best. He spent time getting to know me and family and what we were looking for. He should be around and we ended up buying a new 2010 Dodge Journey from him. Ben made the car shopping experience great. If anyone is looking for a great dealership to buy from they need to run not walk to Greenway...if you make it to the Dodge side ask for Ben Carson...he will treat you like a person and work with you on the numbers. On a side note Ben made sure I knew every feature of the car and sat down with me before leaving to show me where everything was and how to use it. First class sales rep and first class dealership. Eric showed me around the lot and we looked at various packages until I found the one I liked. He… recommended we test drive the vehicle back to my house in order for my wife to see it. Needless to say the loved it. Eric showed her all the features and we were ready to buy. We went back to the dealership, the price was already fair, but I only had to negotiate for less than a minute and it was official. Thanks again for a great buying experience. The salesman aren't pushy and they have a huge selection at the lowest price around.Dodge Grand Caravan "Hero"
by gdonohue on 07/06/2010I went to Greenway twice in search of a van because of my growing family. The first time I went I dealt with Ben Carson. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the vans they had in stock. We went over some numbers and I was pleased with… what he had to offer me but I wanted to see what other brands had to offer, so I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. He didn't hassle me to stay and buy that night which was a nice change from a dealership. After about a month of research and contacting other dealers I decided that Dodge had what I needed at a price that I could afford so I called back to see what they had in stock and spoke with Erik Fritz. When I went back to the dealership I met with both Ben and Erik. I have to say they made buying the van easy and showed me all of my options. There was still no pressure to buy and they even suggested that I think about it. Over all I didn't feel pressured to buy, the deal was fast, and I never felt like they were trying to "spend" my money for me. The ol' "It's only $25 more a month, that's like a cup of coffee a day." I friggin hate that! Because I went so late in the evening, while Erik took care of the paperwork Ben cleaned the van, he then sat in the van for a while and went over the touch screen radio - (cool option). I would definetly buy from this dealership again and would recommend these 2 salesmen.INCREDIBLE SERVICE

We saw all the packages but the S trim... and my sales guy Paul French was awesome. I was incognito for the next 30 days and he kept in touch with me to… see if there were any questions he could answer. I knew I wanted the S trim package minus the engine block heater and smokers package... black interior/exterior, etc. I am a nerdy engineer... and I am methodical. Paul did a great job to get me the car I wanted. All the other dealers said they had it on their lot... Paul was honest... and said they had to bring one in from down south. No manipulation about pulling it from another lot, etc. It was cool... I could have ordered it... did not matter to me. Paul let my friend and I drive a lesser model... so I could get the feel of it...and see if I found it to my liking. Each step of the game... Paul was there... not pushy, understanding, and not wasting my time. I was more worried about wasting his time ... LOL. The whole deal with Greenway... was... that it was fair and reasonable for both of us. Dealership needs to get paid, salesman needs to get paid, I need to save some... and get a good deal. Of course, nobody is the car-buying genius we think we are, but I left feeling really good with the terms that we struck. C'mon... the economy needs to recover... and ALL our families need to eat ;-) I went back a few times, sent a few e-mails with Paul...and they did not do any of the crummy stuff other dealers do. No, "I got exactly what you wanted but in red, and in a 4 cylender" crap... guess what...then it was not exactly what i wanted...right? Even the financing guy, John Bulbul was awesome. Cannot vouch for anybody else, but I had an angel smoothing my way with these two guys. It made car buying a pleasure. Oh, even after the sale, when I had something pop up unexpectedly, I did not know who to call. I called Paul and John... and wow... they helped still...even after I had bought the car. These guys are nice, friendly, ethical, and do one great job! If the whole Greenway dealership does business like this... then I would say... don't go to any of the other dealers in the area! Oh, Paul was very reasonable in the value he gave me for my trade-in. No skimping 3000$ on the trade-in so he can lower the price on the car to make me feel I got a good deal. Again, Paul was upfront all the way! Ok, no more awesome things to say... just talk to them... and you will see what I am talking about.The Speed of Trust
