Dealership Sales Review
Stopped in with a friend of mine just to look at the new Chrysler 200S trim package. We saw all the packages but the S trim... and my sales guy Paul French was awesome. I was incognito for the next 30 days and he kept in touch with me to see if there were any questions he could answer. I knew I wanted the S trim package minus the engine block heater and smokers package... black interior/exterior, etc. I am a nerdy engineer... and I am methodical. Paul did a great job to get me the car I wanted. All the other dealers said they had it on their lot... Paul was honest... and said they had to bring one in from down south. No manipulation about pulling it from another lot, etc. It was cool... I could have ordered it... did not matter to me. Paul let my friend and I drive a lesser model... so I could get the feel of it...and see if I found it to my liking. Each step of the game... Paul was there... not pushy, understanding, and not wasting my time. I was more worried about wasting his time ... LOL. The whole deal with Greenway... was... that it was fair and reasonable for both of us. Dealership needs to get paid, salesman needs to get paid, I need to save some... and get a good deal. Of course, nobody is the car-buying genius we think we are, but I left feeling really good with the terms that we struck. C'mon... the economy needs to recover... and ALL our families need to eat ;-) I went back a few times, sent a few e-mails with Paul...and they did not do any of the crummy stuff other dealers do. No, "I got exactly what you wanted but in red, and in a 4 cylender" crap... guess what...then it was not exactly what i wanted...right? Even the financing guy, John Bulbul was awesome. Cannot vouch for anybody else, but I had an angel smoothing my way with these two guys. It made car buying a pleasure. Oh, even after the sale, when I had something pop up unexpectedly, I did not know who to call. I called Paul and John... and wow... they helped still...even after I had bought the car. These guys are nice, friendly, ethical, and do one great job! If the whole Greenway dealership does business like this... then I would say... don't go to any of the other dealers in the area! Oh, Paul was very reasonable in the value he gave me for my trade-in. No skimping 3000$ on the trade-in so he can lower the price on the car to make me feel I got a good deal. Again, Paul was upfront all the way! Ok, no more awesome things to say... just talk to them... and you will see what I am talking about.
