    Recently, I purchased a 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir from Sullivan Buick and GMC, Ocala, Fl. I live four hours from Ocala, Fl. Sullivans happened to have the exact vehicle that I was searching for. During the negotiation, I was forced to purchase something called the Sullivan App which was supposed to offer additional security features. I thought that with the security features implemented by Buick and OnStar that the purchase of the app, which was priced at $2,500, was unnecessary. They would not sell me the car unless I bought the app as well. I felt strong armed and pushed into something I didn't need or want. Additionally, I was promised a set of all weather mats for the vehicle. They did not have my color in stock and said they would order and ship them out to me. I was notified by the parts department they had arrived; however, the parts department was not aware they were supposed to ship them out. My calls to the sales people bout this I have worked with have gone unanswered. Also, because I live four hours away they told me it was best if I contact a Buick dealer ship in my local area for the first oil change. I have owned Buicks for many years (I still own a 1995 Buick Rivera with the original bag phone) I have never encountered service this poor or the fact they were willing to throw a sale because I didn't want to purchase the app. If it would have been for the color that I had been looking for I would have walked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

    On April 4 2023 I had an appointment to check faulty passenger brake light. I was informed by Noah that it was not a bulb issue and that I would have to bring it back because it could take several days to diagnose and then the extra time to get parts and have it repaired, and that no loaner vehicles were available, so he would contact me when one is available. It has been a week and still no response. My Yukon was purchased at your Dealership and I have been a loyal service customer with this Yukon and my previous 2 vehicles for all maintenance concerns as your records will show. We are raising our 6 year old Granddaughter since our Daughters passing as of October 16th of 2022 and my concern is it being a safety issue and getting pulled over by Law Enforcement as our Yukon is our only dependable transportation. With this being said, I am very disappointed with lack of response from your dealership but not with Noah, he was very courteous. I do not feel it is my responsibility to rent a car for 2 to 5 days while my vehicle is being repaired at your dealership. Looking forward to your response. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied customer.

    We had a great experience with our salesperson Brian Lane. We bought a used GMC that had stone chips in windshield, as part of the deal it was to be corrected. Thanks Brian for getting the deal done, ( all be it we had to remind Sulllivans ) They took care of windshield!

    This dealerships represents extremely poor ethics. I purchased a used vehicle, the first time I drove the car as the new owner the check engine light came on. I reported this action to the dealership, spoke to the Service Manager, Sales Floor Manager and my sales person. All said they would speak to "Mr. Sullivan" and call me back. You guessed it--one one called me back. The repair was $317 and a lesson well learned---no one should purchase from Sullivan Buick in Ocala!
  • Pontiac SV6 2005 Problems

    I had a terrible experience at Sullivan Pontiac. The replaced the front cradle assembly, left some bolts loose. I complained about a clunking sound, took service mgr for a ride and he said it was normal. We took a trip to the Rockies and it got worse, took it to a dealer and they found that the bolts on the stering were ready to fall out, said it could be very dangerous situation. Sullivan could not even find a problem. Several other problems also that they were never able to fix. Contacted Pontiac to no avail. Sullivans is terrible. We have had 14 pontiacs over the years but this is our last one, last GM also.
