On April 4 2023 I had an appointment to check faulty passenger brake light. I was informed by Noah that it was not a bulb issue and that I would have to bring it back because it could take several days to diagnose and then the extra time to get parts and have it repaired, and that no loaner vehicles were available, so he would contact me when one is available. It has been a week and still no response. My Yukon was purchased at your Dealership and I have been a loyal service customer with this Yukon and my previous 2 vehicles for all maintenance concerns as your records will show. We are raising our 6 year old Granddaughter since our Daughters passing as of October 16th of 2022 and my concern is it being a safety issue and getting pulled over by Law Enforcement as our Yukon is our only dependable transportation. With this being said, I am very disappointed with lack of response from your dealership but not with Noah, he was very courteous. I do not feel it is my responsibility to rent a car for 2 to 5 days while my vehicle is being repaired at your dealership. Looking forward to your response. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied customer.
