    Ryan and Brittany are amazing sales representatives. Everyone was fantastic and really tried hard to make sure we are happy and that we got the most for our trade. The traverse is amazing and New Symerna Chevrolet is an amazing dealership! They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and have a great buying experience!

    We had an extraordinary experience at NSB Chevrolet. We were on vacation with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle. We stopped at the dealership with friends who were interested in looking at a vehicle. While our friends were looking and test driving, we strolled the lot to kill time and “window shopped.” We were not bothered or annoyed by salespeople but left alone to look on our own. Before leaving the dealership to start vacation, our friends salesman, Donny Wickham asked if we liked anything. We liked the 2024 Silverado Trail Boss so we left a few details and must haves and told him if he found what we wanted to call us. Donny called us the next morning with a truck meeting all our must haves and knowing we were on vacation he drove it to our condo to look at and test drive. That’s superb customer service!! We loved it so we bought a new truck while on vacation! Our friends did too! This was the most expensive vacation ever but we would not change it for the world! We will definitely buy again at NSB Chevrolet! We are telling all family and friends about our wonderful experience and fabulous salesman, Donny Wickham!!

  • Terrible Experience

    I had an absolutely terrible experience buying a car here Bought a car, signed a contract, and 2 days later they wanted me to sign a new contract which increased my monthly payment. This is clearly a breach of contract. When I spoke with the sales manager regarding this matter, he was the most condescending person I have ever dealt with. I have never been treated like that by anyone. I will be contacting the majority owner of this dealership, who owns multiple dealerships around the country, Mr. T as well as the minority owner Mr. H.; in addition to contacting BBB. I expect this matter to be taken care of, and if not, my next contact will be with a lawyer. For your own financial safety, stay clear of this joke of a dealership, and their unprofessionalism!!!

    I liked how easy it was. The entire process, the entire picking out a vehicle and making my life a lot easier. It was worth the almost hour drive to the dealership for their impeccable service. Luke & Marsha were in on their days off and you can't beat that kind of commitment to One's job.

    We have purchased two vehicles at New Smyrna Chevrolet. A 2015 Malibu LT and a 2016 Malibu. We continue to receive great customer service through our warranties and are super appreciative that we purchased the additional warranty coverages that are offered.

  • Steer Clear of this Dealership

    Steer Clear of this dealership. Our experience started out with the salesperson who we had an appointment with passing us off to another salesperson who was disgruntled. We came in knowing what we wanted and only tested one vehicle. We were ready to buy and his attitude improved. They offered a low trade-in on our vehicle and compared sales to a lower end model. We let them know that we're aware of the dealer trade-in price for our vehicle. Finally, we come to terms we're willing to accept. We were told we were approved, congratulated, shook our hands, salesman removes our plate from our trade in, we unload the car, and we were given keys for new car. They asked us to "write a great review" for them. We chose to wait until deal was complete. Sales manager claimed he had a friend at credit union who would give us a better interest rate. After waiting 2.5 hours all of a sudden we're told to unpack the new car and put our stuff back in our car. His friend at bank is gone for the day. He said it will be worth the wait. His friend will get us the lower interest rate tomorrow. The salesman is asked to reload our car. While unloading the car, the salesman complains that he is embarrassed because he had to put our items back in the car but he'll call us tomorrow when paper work ready. He was more concerned with himself rather than us being humiliated in front of several staff and a few customers. We received no call next day and no return calls. When we finally speak to a sales manager a few days later, he is indignant and demeaning on the telephone. They treat women and Veterans unfairly and send your information to banks you don't authorize. If you choose this dealership, be cautious of their unfair and deceiving tactics.

    Both Adam Baer and Jon Perez were a pleasure to meet and interact with. I initially met with Jon right before closing on a Friday evening. Although it was late, he didn't hesitate to help me and was able to set up a test drive for me! The next afternoon, I met with a couple of salesmen who were very helpful as well. After deciding to make a purchase, Adam and his team helped make the deal happen. Although it took longer than I expected, I was able to purchase my new truck at an incredible price!!! I would like to thank everyone who was involved in the buying process!!

  • Refreshing truck buying experience

    I walked in with a desire to look at a certain type of truck. We looked, test drove, received intelligent answers to questions, and reached a purchase agreement in short order. It was a refreshing experience as compared to the terrible experience I had at a different Chevy dealership the previous weekend. I'll gladly send people to New Smyrna Chevy.

    I’m not a big fan of doing business with dealerships but they had a pre-owned truck that I was looking for with a reasonable price. My wife and I stopped by to take a look. When we parked, we were met by a salesman and we went out to the truck; he left us out in the lot to go get keys. After a 15 minute wait in the heat, he returned with a can of Red Bull in hand, to tell us he could not even open the truck to let us look at it because there was a recall. As we were about to leave he wanted to start talking about a deal for the vehicle, somewhere in the conversation when he was making his sales pitches he told my wife and I, “the more difficult we made it” and in disbelief I tuned out whatever else he had to say. When my wife and I got up to leave, he said he did not mean to irritate us and went and got the sales manager. The sales manager was nice and ended up agreeing verbally to a price. A couple days later I called the salesman to tell him I wanted to talk about the deal but with the recall and me not even being able to look at the interior or test drive we could not move forward. He changed his story saying he could not find the keys on our original visit. I then told him I wanted to come and get the truck that day, test drive it and look it over and would return it before they closed. I sent him a text at 1:34 p.m. and let him know I would be there between 3 and 3:30 hoping the vehicle might be up front ready to go as some dealers will do. I arrived at 3:15 and to no surprise he was not there. After the receptionist made phone contact with him, she said he was on his way back from lunch and he said he would be back in 3 to 4 minutes. I was glad I did not get there at 3:00. While waiting I interacted with some of the other salesman who were very professional and cordial and attempted to assist in getting the keys so I could be on my way. My salesman finally showed up at 3:31 to tell me there was a “sold” sign on the truck. He told me he was going to look to see if they had something else, at that point I got up out of my chair and left. The lack of communication cost me 2 hours of work, gas, aggravation, etc. After returning home I called to talk to the sales manager who apologized for the ordeal. He said he would be looking for another truck and would try to make it up. I will respond back to let everyone know how that turns out. To date, my worst dealership experience. I like to be treated like I am a customer and don’t appreciate the arrogance and unprofessionalism we had to endure from one member of their sales team.

    • I have to say, things have really turned around for me with New Smyrna Chevy. The dealership is working to make things right from what I now feel was a rare bad experience. Sales manager, Ulises, is working extremely hard to find me a comparable vehicle. We are still at work on finding the right vehicle, but I am happy with the progress.

I was also very pleased with Damian who took the process the rest of the way for us. While spending time there I observed a very professional and friendly sales staff and I hope our bad experience can be used as a growing tool for the young man we were not so pleased with.
