He was patient and took the time to show me the vehicle and made sure I was satisfied and informed of all details regarding my purchase. He went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal on my new… car and I am very satisfied with his service as well as the finance associate who helped with the contract.Disgusted with the service!
by Nononame on 09/27/2013updated 05/28/2025Looking for an Accord as a family car we decided to go to the closest Honda dealer...Braman Honda. What a huge mistake! While the saleperson, Oscar was very nice and informative, once we got to financing everything went downhill. The… financing guy Walid came in, barely presenting himself, and immediately said oh everything looked great. He quickly asked for our information and insurance card while we asked to know if we had been approved. He replied that we had to wait because he was working hard on getting us a good rate. All of a sudden he blurts out the monthly cost of the car and was rushing us. In no moment were we given any information on how we got up to that point. When we told him we didn't agree with the cost he immediately told us we wasted his time and that we were wrong in looking to buy "such an expensive car". We could afford it but didn't want to pay that much...Much less after receiving NO discounts whatsoever and being charged MORE than the sticker price! We were outraged! He quickly escorted us out of his office and handed us back to the salesperson. He left without saying thank you or anything. He was very rude and disgusting in the way he treated us. He never offered to work the price or anything to salvage the sale. It was such an awful experience. These people think that they can sucker anyone into paying what they want just because these cars are Hondas. I will NEVER EVER consider buying from the Braman family of dealerships again and will pass on this awful experience to anyone that is considering buying a car. I went to another dealer that same night and purchased a wonderful car for less and hassle-free all the way. Braman Honda lost a good customer with good credit and a good income...too bad for them for having [non-permissible content removed] working for them.Battery Warranty (Exchange)

I was able to get a brand new battery and still service my car (for other items) all within a reasonable time frame (1-2… hrs). Thank you to all at Braman Honda for all you do! by luzramis on 03/27/2013updated 05/28/2025Honda is a good brand but the staff at Bramman Honda in Miami is the worst. Lack of attention and consideration to the potential buyers. They don't care if you want to buy a car for less than $13,000. I did all my research and I knew I… could get the car I wanted for that price. They didn't even honor the online price I took with me. They gave me a higher price. I was qualified for more but I just didn't want to spend that much. Starting by the financial manager (Nestor?) and backed up by the store manager. I felt so bad the way they treated me, with their actions they were telling me that I was wasting their time. They didn't tell me that but their actions did. Every body left, and left me alone. Then I saw them talking to other buyers/people. The sales guy didn't seem that he cared much about me otherwise he would have fought for my deal. In the past I had bought 2 new cars and my family had bought 5 more. Because of my loan mod my credit is not that good but they didn't care. They were very busy trying to see who was going to spend the most. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I regret buying those two cars there before. From now on Bramman is no longer in my list of dealers, nor for my family. Thank you Bramman Honda you opened my eyes. Very rude people!!!Excellent

The Service Dept processed my vehicle immediately and called me to let me know that the work had been finished, exactly within the time frame as promised. It was the first time I've walked into a car dealership and no one offered… to help me. I stood at the receptionist desk for a while and had to ask if there were any sales people working. Pretty sad.... I had pre-approved financing but the salesperson pretty much told me he wouldn't show me cars unless I talked about their own financing. I left without looking at a single car. Stupid
