    Went in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Also had a noise or rattle, they fixed the rattle and did it a great job.

  • You will not feel welcomed and treated rudely in the service department

    Ryan was super rude. Talked down to us and was very short. I told him I had a warranty and he told me that it was over miles and expired. He kept pushing the $240 I needed to sign saying I would pay the $240 for just looking at it. I did sign and he explained again that I’m responsible for $240. I had to call my regular GMC dealer in MN. They couldn’t believe the treatment I was getting. I was told to say “I do have an extended warranty, here is the info and if there is a problem still, you call call Roseville GMC and they can direct you” after telling him that he took the paper I was trying to show him when I first got there. He called the warranty ppl and everything was approved. After that his attitude did change some. It took over 40 minutes for the shuttle to come to take me to get a rental, but the driver was super nice & sweet. When my car was done and we came back. Ryan was really nice and respectful. I would never bring my car back there. When I first walked in I was treated like I did something wrong and did not feel welcomed. I would never want someone to feel that way, so I have told people not to ever go there and shared my horrible experiences. The work on my car is good. I still feel a little jerking, but will take it in when I’m back in MN. Thanks

  • 2021 Acadia already has engine issues

    Was told engine is failing , part is in back order for 2-3 months . Car is still under warranty. I don’t feel safe driving a car that has known engine problems but I had no choice but to take the car back until part is available. I don’t really feel like a valued costumer .

    My only complaint was my car was not dried after it was washed which was a disappointment. Why clean it to have spots after? But everyone was pleasantly nice. Thanks.

    Love the absolute professional manor and exceptional service he has always shown. I am new to Buick and although I am saddened by have some issues with the car, he has made it very effortless.

    I had called approximately 11:30am inquiring if a detail could be done at the same time as the service. I was told they'd have to get with the detailers and ask but would call me back. When it was time to leave work at 5:00+ I still hadn't heard, so just stopped by to leave the vehicle for the service, but to not do the detail as I hadn't heard one way or the other.

    Been here for service numerous times and each time all staff is courteous and genuinely Friendly. I will always bring my vehicle to Ferman for all my service.

    Service and treatment at Ferman is top notch. I recently purchased a Buick Enclave and wanted to find some place close to do all my maintenance work. Ferman Buick gave me the VIP treatment. Everyone I met was very courteous and helpful. I will be bringing my Enclave here for all my maintenance work.

    Service tech Angel Lugo is the best I've ever met. I'm 70 years old and have met many. Only complaint is doughnuts are usually gone by noon. You'd think they'd have cookies for afternoon customers.

    The dealership bent over backward to complete my service within the tight timeframe required. Their prompt and courteous service allowed me to keep an important late afternoon appointment. I really appreciate the dealership's personal and prompt attention.

    Service department is the worst. Don't expect to get anything fixed. The standard answer for everything is: "Vehicle operating to manufacturers intended specification". I don't believe that GM's intent was a poorly operating vehicle. Don't take your business or warranty issues here. You will be sorry!

    I took my 2007 Buick Lucerne in for a simple Oil and Filter Change, Front Wheel Alignment and Wheel Rotation. They charged me $214 for this minor work - I shall never return for service or purchase of a new vehicle. Not surprising that their service department was empty.
