You will not feel welcomed and treated rudely in the service department

onRyan was super rude. Talked down to us and was very short. I told him I had a warranty and he told me that it was over miles and expired. He kept pushing the $240 I needed to sign saying I would pay the $240 for just looking at it. I did sign and he explained again that I’m responsible for $240. I had to call my regular GMC dealer in MN. They couldn’t believe the treatment I was getting. I was told to say “I do have an extended warranty, here is the info and if there is a problem still, you call call Roseville GMC and they can direct you” after telling him that he took the paper I was trying to show him when I first got there. He called the warranty ppl and everything was approved. After that his attitude did change some. It took over 40 minutes for the shuttle to come to take me to get a rental, but the driver was super nice & sweet. When my car was done and we came back. Ryan was really nice and respectful. I would never bring my car back there. When I first walked in I was treated like I did something wrong and did not feel welcomed. I would never want someone to feel that way, so I have told people not to ever go there and shared my horrible experiences. The work on my car is good. I still feel a little jerking, but will take it in when I’m back in MN. Thanks
