    Went in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Also had a noise or rattle, they fixed the rattle and did it a great job.

  • You will not feel welcomed and treated rudely in the service department

    Ryan was super rude. Talked down to us and was very short. I told him I had a warranty and he told me that it was over miles and expired. He kept pushing the $240 I needed to sign saying I would pay the $240 for just looking at it. I did sign and he explained again that I’m responsible for $240. I had to call my regular GMC dealer in MN. They couldn’t believe the treatment I was getting. I was told to say “I do have an extended warranty, here is the info and if there is a problem still, you call call Roseville GMC and they can direct you” after telling him that he took the paper I was trying to show him when I first got there. He called the warranty ppl and everything was approved. After that his attitude did change some. It took over 40 minutes for the shuttle to come to take me to get a rental, but the driver was super nice & sweet. When my car was done and we came back. Ryan was really nice and respectful. I would never bring my car back there. When I first walked in I was treated like I did something wrong and did not feel welcomed. I would never want someone to feel that way, so I have told people not to ever go there and shared my horrible experiences. The work on my car is good. I still feel a little jerking, but will take it in when I’m back in MN. Thanks

  • 2021 Acadia already has engine issues

    Was told engine is failing , part is in back order for 2-3 months . Car is still under warranty. I don’t feel safe driving a car that has known engine problems but I had no choice but to take the car back until part is available. I don’t really feel like a valued costumer .

    We had a great experience. Out salesman Diego was a great guy to work with. We got everything we were promised and did not feel a lot of pressure.

    Agreed on price with gmc incentives, one of the incentives was gone when signing. Was not told why until I asked. Miles was listed as 19 on sales papers only to discover it was 132 when I drove it after all papers were signed. No test drive was offered. No one ever went over the vehicle with me. Floor mats missing and delivered to me only when I called and complained. No antenna on vehicle until I complained. I have purchased lots of new vehicles and this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had.

    We are Detroiters, born and bred. This was our first experience not leasing in Michigan. We expected a difficult time, but we found Ron and Bill to honestly want to make our experience a pleasure. We got the car we wanted, with the options we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. It was a total win!

    Our best experience was the contact of the salesperson, Barry Brooks. He was professional, patient and was concerned about our needs. He answered all of our questions even though he had to stay after hours to finish all of the paperwork.

    After explaining to Barry Brooks what I was looking for and that I was on a strict time buying constraint he efficiently and effectively met my needs and requirements. No pushy sales tactic, no forced upgrades, no bait and switch, no hidden fees.

    My only complaint was my car was not dried after it was washed which was a disappointment. Why clean it to have spots after? But everyone was pleasantly nice. Thanks.

    I am completely satisfied as We always are when visiting Your Ferman location on Hwy. 54 from Todd in sales, to Tracey in service, to Matt and Jason in parts and Rafael in financing, every one We come in contact is very knowledgeable,courteous and professional.

    Love the absolute professional manor and exceptional service he has always shown. I am new to Buick and although I am saddened by have some issues with the car, he has made it very effortless.

    I always dread the time when I need to buy a car but Sal at Ferman Buick GMC made this the best car-buying experience ever. He was honest and truly cared about what I wanted. It was hassle free and I felt appreciated for my business even though I feel I got the better deal :).

    This was the first time i 20 years i went to a car dealership to purchase a car. I have bought from the auction paid cash because my experience was so bad. i was given the price in the ad no bait and switch and johnathan dent also found me some other ways to save even more money i would strongly recomend mr.dent and ferman.

    I had called approximately 11:30am inquiring if a detail could be done at the same time as the service. I was told they'd have to get with the detailers and ask but would call me back. When it was time to leave work at 5:00+ I still hadn't heard, so just stopped by to leave the vehicle for the service, but to not do the detail as I hadn't heard one way or the other.

    From the first call to Ferman Buick GMC, my experience was truly positive. The follow through was superb. Mr. Rick Blankenship was most efficient in answering our questions, to getting the paperwork completed, and getting us on our way, in record time! I would buy from Rick again, and refer folks to ask for him and buy his product from Ferman Buick GMC.

    From the moment I contacted Ferman Buick GMC, Ron Danielson and team were prompt with all responses though provided no pressure in my buying experience. The team was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles we were interested in which was a different from my experience with other dealers in the Tampa/Brandon area. I would recommend Ferman Buick GMC to anyone looking for a great no pressure sales team. My wife and I are extremely happy with our decision to go with GMC after being life long Toyota and Nissan customers.

    Buying a car from Ferman is a pleasant experience. Friendly and professional sales people..makes you feel relaxed. Speedy transactions..to the point..no games!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
