Excellent Service

You will not feel welcomed and treated rudely in the service department
by Georgia on 06/28/2023Ryan was super rude. Talked down to us and was very short. I told him I had a warranty and he told me that it was over miles and expired. He kept pushing the $240 I needed to sign saying I would pay the $240 for just looking at it. I did… sign and he explained again that I’m responsible for $240. I had to call my regular GMC dealer in MN. They couldn’t believe the treatment I was getting. I was told to say “I do have an extended warranty, here is the info and if there is a problem still, you call call Roseville GMC and they can direct you” after telling him that he took the paper I was trying to show him when I first got there. He called the warranty ppl and everything was approved. After that his attitude did change some. It took over 40 minutes for the shuttle to come to take me to get a rental, but the driver was super nice & sweet. When my car was done and we came back. Ryan was really nice and respectful. I would never bring my car back there. When I first walked in I was treated like I did something wrong and did not feel welcomed. I would never want someone to feel that way, so I have told people not to ever go there and shared my horrible experiences. The work on my car is good. I still feel a little jerking, but will take it in when I’m back in MN. Thanks2021 Acadia already has engine issues

I don’t feel safe driving a car that has known engine problems but I had no choice but to take the car back until part is available. by Ofuze14u on 11/08/2017Agreed on price with gmc incentives, one of the incentives was gone when signing. Was not told why until I asked. Miles was listed as 19 on sales papers only to discover it was 132 when I drove it after all papers were signed. No test drive… was offered. No one ever went over the vehicle with me. Floor mats missing and delivered to me only when I called and complained. No antenna on vehicle until I complained. I have purchased lots of new vehicles and this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had.First Service for 2016 Acadia

I have bought from the auction paid cash because my experience was so bad. i was given the price in the ad no bait and switch and johnathan dent also found me… some other ways to save even more money i would strongly recomend mr.dent and ferman.Acadia

I was told they'd have to get with the detailers and ask but would call me back. When it was time to leave work at 5:00+ I still… hadn't heard, so just stopped by to leave the vehicle for the service, but to not do the detail as I hadn't heard one way or the other.GMC CANYON TRUCK

The team was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles we were interested in… which was a different from my experience with other dealers in the Tampa/Brandon area. I would recommend Ferman Buick GMC to anyone looking for a great no pressure sales team.
