Disappointed/check car before paying /double check prices before paying
by Eric Cabral on 08/12/2025Made an appointment over the phone to purchase and install new tires ,was quoted one price and was charged a higher amount . After waiting over 3 hours was told the car was ready but could not do an alignment because the tech is leaving and… to just make an appointment and come back another day to do the alignment. Next day I realized a cheaper tire was installed on the car instead of the o.e that was requestedEric, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your tire installation. It's disappointing to hear about the pricing discrepancy and alignment issue. We strive for transparency and quality service, so I'd like to address this matter personally. Rapid repair

Laura, my service rep and James the service manager, a driver and front desk service representative were all excellent, professional and assisted with getting an… Uber and driving me to my hair appointment which I was on my way to when I encountered my tire issue. I mostly appreciated the level of care, and offering an Uber service which I was unaware of. The service was top notch! Awesome first time experience

Very disappointed

I took my vehicle to another dealership and they will perform my service for over $900 less, and because I have extended… warranty even though the part was not covered the other location didn’t charge me a fee this one did. As a business when you make a mistake you correct it with your customers, they just didn’t care!Horrible service at field Mercedes [non-permissible content removed]

Flat Tire Friday

Service Advisor Laura Hesington was incredibly attentive and provided immediate assistance. The tire had few miles on… it and Laura was able to help with cost under a road hazard warranty. I have been a loyal sales and service customer with Fields Mercedes Lakeland for 12+ years and this is just one of the reasons why I prefer this dealership. Fields Mercedes Lakeland is conveniently located, very clean and comfortable waiting area and overall professional dealership. I was able to make an appointment the night before and they accomodated recalibrating my new windshield installed by safelite the day before in a timely manner, meeting my level of expectation… and getting me off to work in the time frame promised. Thanks to my service advisor Laura, and all the service members I encountered while at Mercedes while waiting on my vehicle.
