This is the third year in a row of using Fields Mercedes Benz in Lakeland to perform the annual service for my car. Katie has been my service tech each time. Excellent customer service. Keeps her customers up to date on the progress of the work being completed and helps ensure the work is completed within the estimated timeframe.
