Disappointed/check car before paying /double check prices before paying

onMade an appointment over the phone to purchase and install new tires ,was quoted one price and was charged a higher amount . After waiting over 3 hours was told the car was ready but could not do an alignment because the tech is leaving and to just make an appointment and come back another day to do the alignment. Next day I realized a cheaper tire was installed on the car instead of the o.e that was requested
