Service Personnel Lacks Honesty & Transparency
by Mrs T on 07/21/2025My truck had a few leaks when I took it in. One of the leaks resulted in me needing a radiator. I allowed Cadillac to replace the radiator and that’s where my problems started. I now have expensive problems that did not exist.I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your truck after replacing the radiator. You don’t need an appointment.
by MarkJaxFL on 07/02/2025When you have a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it takes almost 3 hours to get your car back…why make an appointment? The service writers sit behind their computers, don’t greet any customers, just talk to each other while… drinking their coffee and eating whatever. They send you a text saying if you need anything to text them back. When you do it is ignored. I texted back twice then finally went over and asked what was taking so long. That lit the fire to get the service complete and it only took another 30 minutes. If you are going here, don’t be in a hurry. Lots of people running around doing nothing but getting customers more irritated. Sitting in the lounge watching them gouge customers for repairs and trying to sell people getting their car worked on a new car. Very frustrating experience. When all was said and done - the recall that was a computer download (which they blamed for it taking so long) didn’t work. The car still has the same problem. At least the food was good and you get free drinks. You need it because you are hostage to the service department.Mark, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience during your recent visit. It sounds like we missed the mark on providing timely and attentive service, which is not what we strive for. Maxwell Petkov (Mo) was my sales representative and he took… his time explaining everything in detail about the Escalade Suv I purchased. Never once was he impatient with me asking many questions about the vehicle and the process of financing it. In 2007 I purchased the Cadillac Escalade Ext 2007 and still had it when I came in to purchase my 2003 Cadillac SUV Platinum Sport. The service was excellent then and now. I’m very happy with everyone that was involved in making this happen and less stressful for me. Bobby had my green machine ( car ) back in my garage within a… couple of hours.. My car also had a bath. Very impressed with everyone and the very timely service.
