    The best service department around! Very friendly staff. They have many different options to help get your car serviced from driving a loaner to delivering your car to you. Booking an appointment online is very easy and allows flexibility for my busy schedule. They text you updates on your car and always have it ready when promised. The service technicians do an excellent job identifying and completing the work!

    My experience was stellar with Ford Nation. It began with a quick conversation and appointment made in a timely manner. I was greeted immediately at the service department and was directed to my advisor Miss Jennifer who then walked me through the entire process. I was also given a rental car. I received texts and phone calls throughout the next few hours explaining the process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call in the afternoon that the truck was ready and everything completed. I also felt the price was fair. Thank you kindly Ford Nation, you’ve gained a new customer.

    IT WAS A DISASTER OF A MORNING---- A MURPHY'S LAW DAY--- AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF 4 AND A HALF HOUR S OF MY LIFE THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK!!!!!! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM FOR 8 A.M. MONDAY MORNING...I WANTED TO WAIT THERE TIL THEY FIXED MY CAR... I WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD TAKE THEM 3-4 DAYS TO DIAGNOSE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY CAR TO FIND OUT WHY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE!!!!

  • Unprofessional, outright lies by omission

    We scheduled an appointment to see a 2020 red platinum Highlander hybrid with around 46 to 48 thousand miles on it. It did not go well. When we first arrived, we noticed that one of the headlights had water on the inside. Just so happen to be on the right side, which is important later. Went to start the car and it wouldn’t start because it turns out the battery in the remote of the car Was dying. I pointed out that was kind of bad form and unprofessional because we were actually planning on buying this car if everything looked good and it was a bad impression. When we get inside the car before we try to start it there’s a piece of the car sitting on the floorboard of the front. It was the rubber piece that goes between the cow and the hood again on the right side. On the right side door, the door covering was coming apart. When we test drove it it was pulling and not aligned even though it just been aligned. There is uneven wear on the tires that were only 10,000 miles old according to the car fax. When we inquired about the water being inside, the one headlight not the other, we were told that that’s what happens sometimes on a four year old vehicle. I am remarked not generally in Toyota unless there’s been a seal breach. The car was dirty and not ready at all for a test drive from a dealership. Maybe from a buy here pay here lot but not a franchised or corporate dealer. I actually knew more about the car than the salesman and he got no help from anybody else really. They said it had been inspected, but I don’t believe that for a second. I started looking at the right side front quarter panel and noticed all these pockmarks in it and that there was rust bubbling up on some of it. I asked him what happened there and at first he tried to act like there was nothing wrong with it I’m like no those pockmarks from bubbles in the paint from shotty Work, and it’s starting to rust underneath that paint because it wasn’t done properly and now water in the right side headlight makes sense because it was an accident. It wasn’t Repaired at all the correct way and the car did not drive right at all for a Toyota even one with 46,000 miles on it. Then all of a sudden they knew it had been in a car accident and we’re not disclosing it hoping that nobody would notice. I understand that salesman for cars are generally shady when it comes to buy here pay here, but I was not expecting the unprofessionalism shown from a Ford dealership. We did not buy the car and went to Carmax and got a great car with a little bit more miles on it for over $9000 cheaper with no undisclosed damage or shotty work.

    Not the first time going to this location. Excellent service. Time expected to wait was kept. Every time I’ve been in they have been very professional and caring. Pricing is fair. Staff at service center very nice, I felt comfortable in waiting area and when I’ve had to leave it with them my car was washed and clean after service was done. Would recommend

    Before I even made my first payment, had a $700.00 repair. Then a week later, check engine light comes on. After telling this to auto nation (Sam). His reply was, I'm sorry to hear that. Even when they convinced me to get financing that covered repairs. Was planning on buying another vehicle from then within 6 months, but will now go elsewhere.

    My Ford Flex had an electronics problem that for a while defied solution. My Service Rep, Brian Feaster, was determined to make things right. He eventually put me in (a very nice) loaner while the engineers at Ford worked on diagnosing and addressing the problem.     I scheduled a 9:30 a.m. appointment on a Monday to have a routine 10,000-mile service and a minor warranty repair. I was supposed to get a call when it was ready. At 4:00 pm, I started calling. They finally called me just before the shuttle driver left for the day. They did not have the part to do the warranty work and said it would take a couple of days to get it. Friday, 4 days later, I started calling to make sure they had not forgotten me. The Service Department never returned my calls. The following Monday, I started calling again. After a couple of calls, I finally connected with the service advisor who had my open work order. He scheduled me to have the part installed on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. I arrived as scheduled and was told they may not start working on my car until 10:00 a.m. I took advantage of the shuttle service and went home. I had not heard from them by 4:00 p.m. so I started calling. After leaving several voice mails, I called the AutoNation Ford welcome desk and asked to speak to the Manager of the Service Department. Rather than switch me, she said wait a minute and see if she could get someone in the Service Department. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from the Service Department. It looked like my car was going to be ready. I asked how soon the shuttle driver would pick me up. The service manager said, "I am not sure he is still here." This was before 4:30. A little later I got a text from Uber telling me AutoNation Ford had ordered a ride for me. That ride never happened because Uber was told I was at Autonation Ford and could not find me at the dealership. I called the service department again and told the same service manager what had happened. While I was on the phone, he made another Uber request. When the I got the message from Uber that they could not pick me up because they did into have any available drivers. I called the service manager again and he told me there was nothing else he could do until tomorrow (Friday). I asked him to have the shuttle driver pick me up at 8:00 a.m. the next day (Friday). Consequently, I had to cancel my plans for Thursday evening and cancel some activities for Friday morning. On Friday morning, shortly after 8:00 a.m., I got a call from the Autonation Ford shuttle driver asking me if I needed a pick-up. When the shuttle driver picked me up, I told him what had happened. He told me that he had not left work yesterday until after 4:30 and that it was not until 8:00 a.m. Friday morning that anyone notified him to pick me up.

    It took a very long time to get an appointment. I was supposed to get a recall problem fixed, an oil change and my seat fixed. All they did was an oil change. Did not have the part for my seat. The service area was very unorganized, long line and no where to stand. Then when I picked it up, they had lost my key. I have been disappointed with this dealership since I started the process of buying my car. I would not recommend any part of this location with another person.

  • My 2015 Ford is running like new again

    My truck's check engine light came on and I brought it to AutoNation Ford for troubleshooting. They determined it was a faulty O2 sensor and Catalytic Converter which was replaced. Now the light doesn't come on anymore, I drove to Atlanta and back with no more issues. My special thanks to Steve Cole (Service Director), Hector (Service Manager) and Nicholas Soto for everything they did to get me on the road!
