by M May on 07/12/2021I recently purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra through them. The Truck is beautiful, but in saying the process after buying the truck has been trash. I have had trouble with getting the title for my trade in. I was told that it would cost the… $150.00 to get a title through. I told my salesman, Marcus Zingaretti, that I would not pay that. If you look up in the state of Florida, it cost $2.50 to get a printed title. My title was supposed to be in Oklahoma, because that is where it is registered. I sent the duplicate title paperwork to Oklahoma Tax Commission and the fee of $12.55 to get the title. I contacted them today because they still have not sent me title. They informed me that the state of Florida still had the title. I called Marcus to let him know, Hey I will be able to get you the title today, I just need to get with the Florida DMV after I get a lean release from my bank to show them. He said "You need to do that, or just bring the truck back," I said "That's not going to happen, my bank has already funded it." He replied "Then you need to cut a check for $27,000. I'm just relaying what my managers told me" I will never recommend this place to anyone, and Marcus needs to take classes on customer service. Also, if you buy from here, they own my old truck for $27,000. It is a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4, Tungsten Grey, with 95,500 miles. They are trying to sell it at $43,000 plus. They may have had to put $2,000 of work into it, So in all they own it for $29,000. That means if you buy you’re going to be getting screwed out of $14,000.Ryan Naviaux! Outstanding service!!!
by Andrew_P on 06/25/2018By far the most pleasant purchase experience I have been a part of to this day. Ryan was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to work out all of the finer details of my purchase of a used 2017 Fusion Hybrid. He was not pushy at all,… and listened very closely to all of the concerns and inquiries I had. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from him again, and hands down recommend him as the BEST salesman in town!!!AMAZING SERVICE
by BEAST_F350 on 09/16/2017I decided to purchase a truck right before leaving for a deployment. I pulled up to the dealership knowing specifically what I wanted but was not close-minded to some options. I met Ross who started showing me a few different trucks. His… knowledge on the Super Duty is very impressive. I picked out the truck I wanted but had a few more special options I wanted to include a lift kit, wheels and tires. Ross made sure they would get specifically what I wanted and he did just that. Ross sent me a message every few days letting me know the status of my lift and when I could bring the truck in for service. The day that the truck was scheduled to be in the shop I was busy, I stopped by the dealer and Ross personally took me home to get another vehicle and once all of the work was complete Ross brought the truck back to my home. I have never received that kind of service and personal attention from a dealership, to include when I purchased of a six figure SRT Viper. Gary Smith Ford better keep a close tight grip on Ross, he is one amazing salesman. Thank you again and again for the wonderful experience and as I have to before I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle from them. Ross!, be ready! this next purchase could get even more interesting than the last!Hawley

by joelmitchell on 05/04/2015A more detailed review is published on other sites that allow a higher character limit. Here's the short version: 2.5 years ago we got a reasonable deal from Gary Smith. We notice white smoke barreling out of the tailpipe as we drove… home.We take it back and they said it has leaking valve covers & the smoke should stop in a couple days. It didn't, and we took it to a mechanic & they said it had blown head gasket. We take the car back & like idiots we let them put us in something else that we didn't really want but promised to buy it back. We move away & since we owed more than the car was worth we couldn't sell it. We eventually return to the area & start looking at their website for another car. We find one &called on it and they knew we were coming to look at it. We get there & the car has already been sold & Chase Hall tries to show us other cars in our price range. We agree and eventually decide. They buy back the "gas hog" as they promised and we appreciated. We find a car that had no price but Chase assured us it was in our price range. We want the vehicle so we sit in the waiting room waiting to see the deal. Chase Hall comes forward with an "out the door" (his words) price on the vehicle which was $3,000 more than the car we originally came in for but turned out to be sold. It was a nicer vehicle so we agreed. We go in to sign the papers and we go on our way. We get the statement in the mail from the bank we got approved by to find a number that was $2,000 higher than what Chase Hall had discussed with us. We review the papers & like stupid and naive buyers expecting honesty at a reputable dealership, we find out that we signed for that ridiculous amount. I immediately call Chase and leave him 2 messages of which he doesn't reply. I call Gary Smith himself to tell him about his dishonest salesman & he tells me to come in to look at the papers. I tell him I'm aware of what we signed & that was not the problem I was bringing to him. He continued to redirect the conversation towards the documents & told him I would be coming in soon & hung up. When I arrive Chase Hall gets very surprised & nervous when he sees me. I confront him & he defensively backs up with his hands up & says that number is on like 20 pieces of paper with your signature on it. I said that you got us on paper & I cant fight you on that. He said I didn't get you [non-permissible content removed]. I said calmly, [non-permissible content removed] for what you did Chase. He then replied [non-permissible content removed] & he proceeded to take his glasses off from around his neck as he invited me outside to fight. He restrained himself & tried to kick me out instead. I turned down the violent invitation as well as the demand to leave & told him I was done talking to him. Gary Smith came out to greet me & we walk back to his office. I try again to explain to him the moral & serious customer service issues I have with how business has been conducted at his dealership starting from the beginning of our experience over 2 years ago. He stared at me with an emotionless face and zero compassion the entire time but kept saying he understood. He had no apologies or responses other than pointing to the signed papers. He did however offer me a piece of advice to always read what Im signing. I asked him if he felt good about my wife & overpaying for a vehicle after all we had been through and how this was all ending. I told him I was going to write a review and he went red in the face as I told him this and it was followed by this statement word for word Dont come in here & threaten me, GET [non-permissible content removed] OF MY OFFICE! I get up to leave & as he is showing me out he continues to scream GET [non-permissible content removed] OF MY OFFICE twice more in front of a small child about 3 years old standing outside his office with their parents in the lobby. I told Gary Smith to watch his mouth as there were young children around & told the parents that the person screaming was Gary Smith himself & to be weary when purchasing your vehicle here. Gary Smith stands infuriated pointing at a door and I walk out a different one. Lesson learned.F-450 King Ranch 4WD $63,000
by gypsybreeder on 04/11/2008I have bought many vehicles and have never been lied to so poorly in my life. After asking if there were any rebates and the dealer denying it, the business office stuck in 2 rebates. One that I did not qualify for and ended up costing me… $500. The other came from Ford and they just kept it. It was for $1000. After 7800 miles the new F-450 King Ranch 4WD Doolie's engine blew up. I was refused any kind of rental vehicle and had to buy another small truck in order to survive. I urge you not to do business with this dealer for any reason. [violative content deleted] I would gladly sell my truck and put towards purchasing a New Duramax. I would like to add that I founded Dealer Specialties and sent vehicle data to Ford Motor Company for FREE for many years for their dealers. Some thanks I got!!Bought a 2013 Edge
by Sandy2013 on 12/23/2012updated 06/04/2025Went to look at the Edge, not sure how many features we really wanted, but basically wanted to be able to pull a boat and have room for growing teenagers. We were interested in the vista roof but that package was above what we wanted to… spend, also preferred cloth seating. The salesman listened to what we wanted and suggested we look at the base model, and also offered a test drive to see if we liked the ride. We ended up buying the vehicle that we test drove, and the Ford extended service plan. The big deal here was they helped us find the car we wanted, vs just trying to sell us anything or upsell us into more cat than we needed. We also had a good experience with their service department, and they gave us a fair deal on our trade in. I highly recommend them.
