I decided to purchase a truck right before leaving for a deployment. I pulled up to the dealership knowing specifically what I wanted but was not close-minded to some options. I met Ross who started showing me a few different trucks. His knowledge on the Super Duty is very impressive. I picked out the truck I wanted but had a few more special options I wanted to include a lift kit, wheels and tires. Ross made sure they would get specifically what I wanted and he did just that. Ross sent me a message every few days letting me know the status of my lift and when I could bring the truck in for service. The day that the truck was scheduled to be in the shop I was busy, I stopped by the dealer and Ross personally took me home to get another vehicle and once all of the work was complete Ross brought the truck back to my home. I have never received that kind of service and personal attention from a dealership, to include when I purchased of a six figure SRT Viper. Gary Smith Ford better keep a close tight grip on Ross, he is one amazing salesman. Thank you again and again for the wonderful experience and as I have to before I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle from them.
