Gunther Mazda Car buying
by Sophie0203 on 09/23/2018This is the second car I bought from Julian Rama at Gunther Mazda. Both times, Julian has been amazing to deal with. He is professional, friendly and you feels that he is really trying to get you the best car and deal possible. The process… is pain free and you are out of the door with your new car in a timely manner.Fantastic Transition!
by MazdaXFuture on 03/29/2017A great all-around experience! We were looking for a seven seater and Gonzalo walked us through all the details and got us in the CX-9 we wanted. Additionally, another associate walked us through the tech features of the vehicle, this might… not be a necessity for everyone but it was just good business practice.Too much game playing and double talking
by theducky on 01/01/2016Be careful of the numbers. They say one thing but the numbers say something elseLove my new MazdA
by Cnotoes on 09/11/2015I recently purchased a CX9 from Bob Russell and I absolutely love it! Bob was great and the experience was simple and quick.don't trust anyone there
by lazaroc on 12/17/2014The worst dealer I have ever worked with. worked with nick for several moths on a deal even ran application gave me a written quote for a lease thru email on a specific vehicle. after several months he convinces me to go after work with my… wife my 2 and 7 year old to go to sign the paper work. once I get there he tells me Managers who approved it left and Mike the manager said it can't be done. I asked to speak with Mike the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever met. If you need a new vehicle go see Albert or hermis at kia next door it the complete opposite even though its part of Gunther. I am very happy with my kia has double the features for alot lessVery bad experince.
by Mimi1976 on 08/27/2014I went to this dealer for an used car and they didn't want to negotiate. They lower $300, after many hours. Then began the trade in and they do not recognize the real value, let me mention that CarMax did. After another few hours they offer… me lease a new car, however I have tell them of my intention to buy. At the end I feel they push me and confused me with so many things that at the end I didn't feel joy in my new vehicle. This dealer is not flexible - reasonable or respectful at all. At the end Financial dept is the worst part. Their attitude and unrespectfull treatment is really out of this human world.Good Purchasing Experience
by leo_miami on 07/30/2014Quoted via internet thru the Amex true car quote and it was honored . No issues at the financial dept. Even though I took the 0% interest. Was In and out in a reasonable time without the "talk to the mgr. dance" The internet sales manager… Jody had everything ready when I arrived.Great place to buy...
by pguzman on 10/18/2010Although the concessionaire was some distance from where I live, it was worth the trip because I was treated very well, as in other Dealership, but its bid was the best. Similarly, the extra effort they made to close the sale was nice. Took… sometime the final process in finance but always ready to find the best option. In short, a good place to buy a car.Never Buy from Gunther
by momoney9 on 03/17/2011updated 06/02/2025Gunther Sales Managers are the worst in the business, they claim to be the number 1 dealer in the SouthEast, and it is all lies, I have friends within the Mazda Corporation and after this incident I found out that Gunther Mazda is rated… among the lowest in the area. I got a quote from several dealers, since Gunther was the closest to me I decided to reply to the Internet Manager and was able to get him within $100 dollars of my best quoted deal, I went in with my Mother since this was a vehicle for her, the Internet Manager had already left so another Sales Person was trying to assist me, over an hour later after going back and forth which i found ridiculous, finally he brought his General Sales Manager Ossie Ferrufino, who right off, was condescending, short, and would barelly allow a word in, in a summary he did not honor a written quote from his Internet Manager, he played dumb and tried to bully me into believing the price was much higher and that it was a different vehicle... At the end I said I refused to be lied to and that I will come back to speak to the Internet Manager, he said "He reports to me and nothing he can do, I have the last say, so I will be here when you come crawling back" I when back up to him and told him "Crawling back? Who do you think you are talking to? I refuse to buy from you if it was the last dealer left." and walked away, after we got home my mom then told me he heard him say "dont ever come back here you Idiots!" and she didnt tell me so I wouldnt react, which he is lucky I didnt hear him cause I am a peaceful man but i wouldnt have minded punching his teeth in after insulting me and my mother that way.... since then I just purchased the exact same vehicle significantly lower than what even the Internet Manager quoted me at Gunther, which tells me this dealer is a [violative content deleted] trying to make more money off people by claiming they are the number 1 and lowest priced in the area, and being insulting about it... LIES LIES LIES LIES.... I would recommend not buying from Gunther, you may be their next victim.Very dissapointed
by TheBosGuy on 05/23/2013updated 06/02/2025After spending a considerable amount with one salesman, when we finally got to the table to negotiate, the offer came in and they were not willing to bend an inch, and my salesman did not go to bat for me at all. I just got up and walked… out..It was a very take it or leave it attitude...So I left it... They must have so much business that they don't if you buy or not.COMPLETE [violative content deleted]
by remzo75 on 12/13/2011updated 06/02/2025They sell cars with frame damage, they do not inspect their cars. I bought a car from them, They told me it was never in an accident. When I found out 3 months later that it was. There was fake welding, markers of the parts that were bent… and welded. The frame is still broken. They lied to me and will lie to you.Internet Manager is a pest!
by sennett on 10/27/2011updated 06/02/2025This guy would not stop emailing me after being told I got a better deal elswhere. Plus he never gave me a written offer on the specific model, only approximations and half -truths. I did NOT feel comfortable dealing with him.My First Pleasant Car Buying Experience
by carbuff_sfl on 07/13/2011updated 06/02/2025I can't even begin to describe the level of shock I felt when I actually drive off the lot of a car dealership with a feeling that it was actually a pleasant experience. When I decided which car I wanted, I sent out quote requests to 8… dealers in my area with what I felt was a rediculously low price expecting a long negotiation process before I would get a price I was willing to accept. To my surprise I got a quote from them within hours that was within $500 of my offer right from the start from Jodi Weisfeld, one of their internet managers. I requested a ton of details and information from her because I was actually weary that they were trying to doop me. She responded quickly to every request and gave me everything I asked for including a full out the door price breakdown in writing. I have never been able to get any dealer to give such a detailed quote in writing before. Jodi delivered on everything she promised and even the finance guy was friendly and helpful even though we were not financing the vehicle. They were even willing to let us drive the car home with only a down payment while I cleared the rest of my financing. Needless to say I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Jodi if you are in the market for a Mazda.Unprofessional Sales Tactics
by rosy_u on 12/27/2010updated 06/02/2025The weekend prior to Christmas I contacted all the local Mazda dealers asking for their best price on a 2011Mazda 3 4dr HB in Pearl White, automatic with a moonroof and a Bose sound system. The pricing of each of the dealers was not… disclosed when initial contact was made in order to be fair to all. The salesperson at Gunther, Mr. Loszynski, gave us a good price, but not the BEST price. We emailed and even called and asked if that was their best price and that was it. LEHMAN Mazda salesperson, Michael Furey, gave us the BEST PRICE ($900 less than Gunther). Lehman didn't have the Pearl White car in stock, but said they would get it from a local dealer which is normal practice and good working relationship between dealers. However, when Gunther realized that"we" were getting the car from Lehman, they refused to release the car (which we already had VIN number identified for) and emailed us trying to get us to get the car from them. This was very unprofessional and in my opinion, Gunther tried to bully us into going to their dealer and paying their price. Their tactic failed because LEHMAN found our car in Naples and drove it down next day keeping their word and lowest price. THANK YOU LEHMAN,,,, never buying from GUNTHER!!!!!!Typical car salesman
by finsky on 05/21/2014updated 06/02/2025Said he would em best price to me, didn't. This is why people hate dealers. Bad service. Don't go there.Great car buying experince
by armtech on 09/07/2013updated 06/02/2025We recently purchased our New Cx5 from Gunther Mazda, we are very happy with it and the way the Staff treated us, we definitely be back and we highly recommend this dealership.Did not honor quote
by rdemoraes on 11/17/2013updated 06/02/2025Received an email quote for the 2014 CX9 and confirmation the it was available. At the store they said the model was a 2013 and if wanted the 2014 I had to order and pay 1000 more the original quote. Extremely disappointing!!!!
