I went to this dealer for an used car and they didn't want to negotiate. They lower $300, after many hours. Then began the trade in and they do not recognize the real value, let me mention that CarMax did. After another few hours they offer me lease a new car, however I have tell them of my intention to buy. At the end I feel they push me and confused me with so many things that at the end I didn't feel joy in my new vehicle. This dealer is not flexible - reasonable or respectful at all. At the end Financial dept is the worst part. Their attitude and unrespectfull treatment is really out of this human world.
