I can't even begin to describe the level of shock I felt when I actually drive off the lot of a car dealership with a feeling that it was actually a pleasant experience. When I decided which car I wanted, I sent out quote requests to 8 dealers in my area with what I felt was a rediculously low price expecting a long negotiation process before I would get a price I was willing to accept. To my surprise I got a quote from them within hours that was within $500 of my offer right from the start from Jodi Weisfeld, one of their internet managers. I requested a ton of details and information from her because I was actually weary that they were trying to doop me. She responded quickly to every request and gave me everything I asked for including a full out the door price breakdown in writing. I have never been able to get any dealer to give such a detailed quote in writing before. Jodi delivered on everything she promised and even the finance guy was friendly and helpful even though we were not financing the vehicle. They were even willing to let us drive the car home with only a down payment while I cleared the rest of my financing. Needless to say I was very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Jodi if you are in the market for a Mazda.
