    I purchased a used 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Adam Cardella assisted me get an alignment after purchase. Also, he is assisting me on getting a seckod set of key fob for my Discovery. This may be a safety issue if the first one breaks. I would recommend this dealership.

  • SL 550 2008 hardtop convertible not working

    My top didn't work and I took it in initially for two rams to be replaced. Then 2 weeks later, the top didn't work again and I took it back in. It took 3-4 weeks to replace 4 rams (one of them under warranty). I think more service managers are needed as multiple calls are not answered and call backs occur maybe 20% of the time indicating the managers are too busy. I put in 2 calls this week and 4 days later haven't gotten a return call back. (Especially after spending $8,500 over 2 months).

  • Came in for winshield replacement and got new damage

    I brought my AMG GT Roadster in to the Mercedes Benz of Delray Dealership as part of my insurance claim to get my windshield replaced I talk to Roger Keehfus who has done a great job within his control, however my vehicle end up having new deep scratches on the paint and the worst car detail job I see this far This issue still being resolved I will update after it gets completed resolved Thx

    Was able to receive a service appointment very quickly. The service advisor, Tim, kept me informed throughout the time the vehicle was there. Several other issues were raised and handled. Appreciated the personalization and caring.

  • My first visit

    I purchased my car in New Jersey from another MB dealer. When I called for an appointment I was greeted and treated as if I had purchased 29 cars from Delray MB . A warm welcome and pleasant. When I pulled in to the service drive in I was again warmly greeted and escorted to the waiting area, Shortly a service rep came to meet me and treated me as if he knew me for years. The work was completed on time and as I waited I visited their coffee bistro for a great cup of coffee and blueberry muffin. It was awesome and the owner of the Bistro and his son were friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my car I met some people in the waiting area who weee also warm and friendly. What a great overall experience!!!!!!

    Great experience from our Service Rep, Michael Vollrath. He took us in fast for emergency repairs, explained what they thought was wrong, what my options were and approximate expenses. He then followed up with us to update status. He made check out and pick up experience very smooth. Great job!

    I received routine service for my vehicle. My representative was professional & knowledgable helping to determine what necessary work needed to be completed. I was going to have a family member come to pick me up while my car was being serviced but the waiting room was very nice, clean, with comfortable chairs and HGTV on the television so I decided to stay and wait. The time flew by and before I knew it my vehicle was ready.

    Service rep was awesome and on top of his game. My issue is I waited almost 45 minutes for my car to be deliverd after the fact that I was notified it was ready to be picked up.
