SL 550 2008 hardtop convertible not working

My top didn't work and I took it in initially for two rams to be replaced. Then 2 weeks later, the top didn't work again and I took it back in. It took 3-4 weeks to replace 4 rams (one of them under warranty). I think more service managers are needed as multiple calls are not answered and call backs occur maybe 20% of the time indicating the managers are too busy. I put in 2 calls this week and 4 days later haven't gotten a return call back. (Especially after spending $8,500 over 2 months).
