Run Flat Tire Repair

I called the Mercedes of Delray service dept. and was told to come over immediately. Stacy found a replacement tire and had it… installed an hour ahead of the promised time. They also washed the car. Top Notch!
by DelrayCPA on 07/22/2023Just had "emergency" service (fuel pump replacement) at MB Delray. Shawn Parton, my service tech took charge and handled the issue immediately. My car was towed to the lot on Wednesday evening and by Thursday 1pm the car was repaired and… ready for pickup. I could not have asked for a more responsive, professional to handle the repair. Shawn sets a perfect example for the entire service team at MB of Delray Beach! Unfortunately another disappointing Service experience
by Lew Lan on 06/10/2023Let me start with Shawn my service advisor was extremely professional and helpful, my praise unfortunately ends there- my annual service always returned my car to me with all 4 tires at about 42 psi- this time it was returned with… 36,36,37,30- if they were that sloppy with this, what else was done half well…I prepaid for this service years ago and feel like a prepaid service gives a second class citizen type of feel- I’ll never prepay in the future, lesson learned- after my service I was sent a weird video of someone walking around my car saying I definitely need new brakes and rotors- but it’s days later now and I have yet to receive a scope of work estimate- I’m at a loss for a dealership representing a brand of this caliber to operate so unprofessionallyHi Lew, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
