Let me start with Shawn my service advisor was extremely professional and helpful, my praise unfortunately ends there- my annual service always returned my car to me with all 4 tires at about 42 psi- this time it was returned with 36,36,37,30- if they were that sloppy with this, what else was done half well…I prepaid for this service years ago and feel like a prepaid service gives a second class citizen type of feel- I’ll never prepay in the future, lesson learned- after my service I was sent a weird video of someone walking around my car saying I definitely need new brakes and rotors- but it’s days later now and I have yet to receive a scope of work estimate- I’m at a loss for a dealership representing a brand of this caliber to operate so unprofessionally
