by S Thompson on 06/12/2020Found the perfect car online, just what we were looking for.... only problem was that we are in TX and the car in Coral Gables, Florida. Dumitru Cosnicean made it not an issue! We felt confident in his ability to get the deal done and… properly handle the out of state details. He even helped us with arranging a trusted company to ship the car. He was always straight forward & prompt with all paperwork. A very well operated car dealership!Did not honor agreed upon fee
by MR on 03/04/2020I inquired about a used car posting they had on Edmunds.com and their own website. I received a response from Alvaro. Everything was going smoothly. I even asked a family member go out to see the car for us since we live a few hours away… and let Alvaro know they were on the way. I was in the process to put in a deposit to reserve the car and planned drive down the next day to complete the purchase when from 1 email to the next, within 10 minutes from each other... suddenly, the car was not on the lot and another deal was in progress. Yet, when my in law's arrived they were shown the vehicle as available but with an increase of $2000 from the online posting, which he advised would happen in 48 hrs if we did not complete the deal. Then, the salesman told them they couldn't sell it for that price they had AGREED to give me because they invested too much in the car. I'm still baffled how within 1 hour that we began the process with them they miraculously were able to sell the car for $2000 over promoted price even though the car had been listed for over 9 days at the cost Alvaro and I had been speaking of over email. So beyond disappointed and disgusted with them. Too bad I would have paid the extra $2000 for the vehicle if they would have been honest with me.Great after sales!!

I purchased the car without seeing it in person as I live in TX. Francisco's… detailed review of the car including a Face Time session to see all issues re: minor stone chips and front valance dings that they agreed to repair,combined with security of CPO warranty negated my need to incur the cost and time to fly to FL the week before Christmas. Car arrived in even better condition than described.Excellent!
