by Christinedq on 01/23/2018Being a female and buying a car is one of the most terrifying experiences you can possibly ever have to endure. As soon as you walk through the door, you immediately feel as though you have stepped into the lions den at most car… dealerships. It's terrible. I have been there too. Well ladies, it doesn't have to be that way!!!! (Not only ladies, but this is my personal experience, so that is all I can speak about, well, because I am a female). When I tell my friends that I bought my car, alone and as a female, at "The Collection" they all assume that I must have paid a million dollars for it or got ripped off. (It's not a million dollar car, it was an Audi A3, but maybe one day I will be able to buy the million dollar cars haha) 😀 My response is always the same: I have been to the "other" big dealers in Miami. Never ever ever have I felt the level of RESPECT that I felt with Jorge Penas and William Peña at The Collection. Ever. They are absolute gentlemen and never made me feel like a lesser person simply because I was a female and without a male helping me to buy a car. Honestly, I'm quite mentally capable of buying a car as a female. Try telling other car dealers that. Haha. The salespeople at The Collection never made me feel any less of a person because I was a woman, and moreover, they were absolute gentlemen. I feel that I bought a quality car that I love, at a good price, and most importantly:... I was treated like a human being, equal to a man even though I bought the car alone. That ladies, is golden. Trust me, go see Jorge Penas and William Pena for your next car. I do not see myself buying a car anywhere else. They are the best!!!! (Side note: I bought my car nearly 7 months ago (6/30/2017) and I waited to write a review until now. I wanted to let time pass with this experience so that I could write with clarity. I am still as happy with their service as I was the day I bought my car 7 months ago. I have never forgotten their kindness and professionalism, and I have already recommended them to many friends. Honestly THE best car dealer I have ever worked with. Thank you!!! I will not buy a car anywhere else!!!!!Sending you a big THANK YOU for leaving such a sincere review. In both experiences I found the dealership to be remarkably different than other Audi dealers in the south Florida area. I found the sales person that help me, Brad, to… be a straightforward, non-pressure oriented facilitator of my new car experience.
