Bought a great vehicle

I went there on a Tuesday and talked to Sami he was great took us for a test drive. We loved the car he was very attentive to us texted me thru the entire process and we had our car by Saturday afternoon. It was one of the easiest car… buying experiences I have ever had. I truly recommend going to shakers ford in Watertown. Once again Our sales man Sami was great.

He was always very quick in his email replies or his return phone calls. I honestly asked him multiple questions that needed… multiple callbacks and replies. I like his sense of humor and it made me feel very comfortable because I was a little stressed out about buying a new car. He showed me all the functions of the car and how they worked. I would go back to Shaker's Ford and ask for Craig next time I'm in the market for buying a new car.Shakers Family Ford….Bill Reed
